I don't know. I like most of the mechs we have revealed so far. I picked Catapult for my founders pack and the Centurion is probably the first I'll pickup on my own (Voted Centurion)

Wow jenner's a lot more popular than I expected considering its goofy "Where's the upper half?" appearance. I voted for it myself because of its lovably goofy looks and speed.

Wow 30% Catapult...I think I have to become Legendary and start with a Jenner instead......
....on the other hand if matches get spammed with catapults (I assume the C1 variant) I should be fun to get into melee where they cannot use LRMs.....So I'll start with the Axeman :unsure: (actually I am quite happy melee combat is not implemented)

Well, I am assuming we are going to get a starter light mech to play first, to work our way up to the big boys right? You have to have a "carrot-on-a-stick" play system to keep people playing. Surely we don't start out with any mech we want? I chose Jenner as I figure that is the starter Mech. That or a Locust lol

A better poll will be, what Mech do you plan on sticking with once you aquire it?

Well, as a spokesman of Capellan armories I can assure you of having the option to choose one mech of each class to start with.
We implemented this system, because too many good mechwarriors died while serving in a piece of junk, while if they got the class they wanted, they could've single-handily take at least one of our planets back from those warmongering Daviots.

RP aside, this is how the system works, you can choose one of four starting mechs (one for each class), no need to start in an Urbie and grind towards that Vindy. :D

So far it looks like the Spider, but with four Small Pulse Lasers.

Jagermech > Everything out there. In terms of raw fire power nothing comes close to the jagermech.

Of all the mechs for a Capellan to lust after, it has to be the brainchild of the goat-loving Davion Narcissist-In-Chief . . .

::sigh::

Well, IMTatsu, it's the same as with Blackjack. We use a lot of them, just don't like them so much.

Yeah its going to be the catapult, since its my founders choice.

The struggle for me to decide between cataphract and jagermech for the second is where the real trouble will be.

For those marauder lovers out there the Catapult K2 will be the closest thing to it.

So far I'm still banking on the Catapult at this point, but look forward to seeing the Cataphract and Jagermech.

I'm going with the Catapult, along with almost everyone else apperently. My second choice, however, would have to be the Cicada.

I'll want to eventually get as much of my "Original" lance from the TT battles (if they all come out) ... Locust, Centurion, Enforcer and Stalker. Since I know the Centurion is coming out already, I'll start with that.
