Have we convinced you to throw out the "lock for more laser range" mechanic yet? There is a poll on the forum, the majority of us hate it in it's current forum, and the "no, we don't like the mechanic" option has the most votes overall.

Few questions from me:

Q1: Are there any plans to introduce daily quests/missions? Even simple ones like "get 3 wins in light mech to get treat bag (similar to those in some of the events)"

Q2: Are there any plans to alter attack - counterattack loop in CW? In my opinion it completely removes need to defend planets against low population factions.

Q3: Can we please have 4 favorite mechs easy to choose like it was in UI 1.0 back?

Q4: Why mech packs always include premium time and never include MC? At this point I have so much premium time stored I don't need it anymore while I could certainly use some MC. Also MC would be more universal since it's possible to buy premium time with them.

Any news on the Solaris Mode? Or new Gamemodes in general?

The Lack of new content is driving more and more people away (Mechs are not content, maps aren't either.)

Newsflash: Battlemechs are also incapable of having their engine, structure and heatsinks modified. You need to make brutal (and costly) refits to replace anything in any mech.

I understand PGI locked stuff in Omnimechs as a way to balance the versatility of the omnitech, BUT it only affects the already "bad" Omnimechs. Top Omnimechs don't need to change structure and engine (like the Stormcrow and the Timber Wolf) because they are already optimized. The ones who need are the Summoner, Gargoyle, Kit Fox, Executioner, Shadow Cat, Nova, etc.

That's why I advocate these changes on the Omnimech mechlab, specially now the Clan Battletemechs will be introduced:
  • you can change structure (ES and FF) - their critical slots should be dynamical as the IS ones;
  • you can downgrade or upgrade engine (even if more limited than IS mechs) BUT can't change the type to Standard Engine (who would do that anyway?);
  • you can remove any number of jump jets.
This would help the "bad" Omnimechs to make them par with the "good" omnimechs without improving the already optimized omnimechs. Bang! better solution than any number of convoluted quirks you add to the game.

Are there any plans for a skilltree-revision?

(My idea would be 4 different trees for the 4 weightclasses (at least), with "branching" inside. with "branching" i mean different directions like: weaponry, speed/agility, heatcontrol, survivability, recon. You could choose 3 ways out of 5 for example.)

And with that comes the question: how about new modules? And revision of the old ones?

About to repeat alot of probably what has been asked before.

When is lbx going solid. If not, when is cluster going to be tightened up like the enforcer specialists quirks on this weapon.

To circumvent LRM spam, is it a possibility of lowering LRM ammo to TT amount? This could coinside with LRM rebalance.

ANY plans on future weapons in the time line. After rebalance is completely done.

the recent changes to the Group Que have been excellent so far, que times and match quality have both improved
however we can still do better

i believe the final piece to the puzzle is hard lock on game mode selection

would you consider using a per match vote on a Random selection of maps/modes
this way the community can still retain a voiced control over how they play
but gone are the hard locks that prevent the matching of ideal player sets
as an added bonus this would allow you to effortlessly add in new game modes and maps to the que

Please explain the thought behind the tonnage limits. These limits are killing the game.

I purchased packages with assaults mechs which I cannot run. If I run an assault in solo games I am always left behind on some maps. If I run an assault with my buddy, he is forced to run a lighter mech and sticking with me is counter-intuitive to how he should play his lighter mech. If I run with a group of 3 or 4 and pick an assault, my teammates are forced to run much lighter mechs. Since I primarily play in groups, I've stopped playing the game because I don't want to be unfair to teammates. People who like tonnage limits won't stop playing if your revert to 3/3/3/3. But those of us who hate tonnage limits will stop playing.

Will there be more of the reseen mechs brought into mwo

If so which would they be- Phoenix hawk?, Crusader?, Rifleman etc..

Will there be options to filter maps like we can regional servers?

Cosmetic effects such as searchlights with inherent bonus/penalties for night fighting?

Will the command console be reworked in light of the potential role warfare changes coming in?

Active and passive modes for sensors?

Introduce c3 and strip out the inherent functionality already implemented possibly as a balance for clan tech?

I enjoyed the direction of PTS phase2. The most controversial change was probably the reduced damage without targeting for lasers. I feel that optimum range should be where the lasers are tuned to fire and should never change. Instead I would prefer this new feature to only affect maximum range.

Could you go into detail how and why you decided to go with optimum range? THANKS!

1. PSR is ****. U can do a lot of damage, a lot of kills, but if your team is suck, u get = or v
2. Weight balance is **** without 3\3\3\3 or something like that.
3. We need headlights with dynamical time change
4. Xl Gyro's and removable actuators for IS?

Would it be possible to have low poly cockpits? Although it may break immersion, the cockpits contain lots of fluff such as wires, unnecessary gauges, display monitors and more, these take up a bit of ram and make old GPUs strain trying to render both the cockpit and multiple mechs in a small area.

Not only will the current players with barely minimal requirement systems be happier to play as their fps increase, it will bring in more customers who may have had interest to play, but could not play due to fps being too low and choppy.
