Hi guys, sorry I have been gone so long. I have had a series of events that limited my free time substantially. Last January my youngest daughter was born (#5). At the same time we had a pair of siblings as foster kids (age 4 and 1) so 7 kids in the house plus my wife and me. The baby had some minor health complications that involved a lot of doctors visits and in home nurses and what not for the first month of her life. So my play time went to zero. The baby is fine now (her 1st birthday is next week) and the foster kids just got adopted into their new forever home, but in my absence I missed the skill tree revamp and other stuff which has made it daunting to try to drop back in again. Also, my computer has not really done well in keeping up with the expansion of the game so...I ended up playing a phone app instead

I will make a concerted effort to get on Caesar's account and establish amaranth as the group leader so that the challenge can continue. And maybe I can beg some gaming time on my son's good computer and make a few drops myself.

While i have been a follower of the urbie since the dark days of urbie only spoken in hush tones reserved for mythical beasts. I have too many accounts to keep track of. i should of broke down in Nov and setup the "LoopyUrbie"account i did not. my bad. just being lazy lol BTW this is Loopala's WMC alt. and remeber Santa Urbie is out there....

I've also noticed plenty of folks who started participating, that aren't in the unit currently. Interesting. I'm betting there are as many reasons for that as there are participants.

Huh. Funny story, I just found this thread, ran through the "what mech are you".... and got the mech I bought when I first started playing the game, and still one of my favorite light mechs- the Raven. If I could get ECM on a Huginn..... hnnng!

my second mech was the Raven. they are still a very viable mech in today's game play.
