Cordel came about oh i don't know about maybe 5 or 6 years ago. I needed a name for a character in a story and for whatever reason the name stuck in my head and I kept using it. Ordo came from my love of star wars and the Mandalorian Canderous Ordo from knights of the old republic.

Well Wilcott is a real last name, and I wanted something that sounded slightly English and slightly fancy, so boom, there's my annoyingly stupid choice.

The Delta Dagger is a 1950's American, jet powered interceptor and one of my favourite airplanes of all time. It had a delta shaped wing which made it very fast (supersonic) for the time.

Stranaton is... well to be honest I just hit the keyboard and after several tries I got somthing coherent.
Also it's Stran-a-ton. Not "Strantin" and not a certain city where the American verson of The Office is located. Only the brits seem to get it right for some reason

Name comes from teh WarHammer 40,000 universe. BloodAngels are 8ft tall space marines with some sweet looking armor and weapons.

The name was given by a school mate, refering to my uniq eye color (a very light brown nearly yellow) and the habit of staring somewhere in to the vicinity when I'm thinking.

I have the battletech cards so I have all clan, pilot and inner sphere names in addition I have all the old instruction books from Mechwarrior2 and the mecenaries addition. I have always had a thing for the Jade Falcon's too bad only inner sphere groups are available.

"My love for you is like a truck..."

And the real reason: Back in the prime of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, I have always went with a riot shield class build. My friends kept saying I went berserk when I got a good kill streak going. And thus, my online alias was born. :)

Ashenfall is the surname of my first truly original MMO handle from Guild Wars Prophecies when it was first released way back in 2004. I wanted something that sounded fantasy-like to match the game world, but that was my only starting point, so I went with whatever sounded cool as I said it, but not over the top (I think). From then on I used Ashenfall as a handle for anything online, from forum/chat IDs to game characters (usually with a first name to go along with it). Now it's in MWO as a callsign of sorts

Cooper is a name that was given to me by my friends for several reasons. over 20 years ago.
I lived on Cooper st
I played paintball wearing Cooper armor
I friend jokingly introduced me to his mother as Gary Cooper and
I used to slick my hair back and I looked like FBI Agent Cooper on the 90's tv series Twin Peaks.

oh, and I currently have a rescue dog we found who was named Cooper. The name just follows me.

Fyodor comes from a famed Rashemen Beserker, Forgotten Realms book. Nothung being an enchanted sword wielded by Siegfried in an opera also Billy, the greatest warrior ever, sword's name. Simple enough.

Sgt. Slaughter is a 1980's WWF wrestler that lives in my hometown of Georgetown, CT.
I used to see him all the time, always in uniform and driving a camouflage stretch Caddy Limo.

When I made Sargent in COD:MW3 I changed my name and I signed up for MWO around the same time..

A dolphicorn is something I kind of created (if you consider taking one thing that you like, and one thing that you are, combining them into one being, giving that being a name that is just the two squished together, and adding a little story behind it, creating something). I like dolphins. And I am a unicorn. Dolphin. Unicorn. Dolphicorn. Heart, because I am a musician and a poet. DolphicornHeart. Don't think anyone else would ever use (or want) a name like that. =P

Wrath of Spunge was born out Bullet Spunge, i tend to take a lot of damage in games. The Spunge with a U was pelt accidental, i had no idea it was spelled with an O, until it was pointed out by some young brat on xbox live! But now its a joke among friends.

The movie MadMax gave me my name. His badass car was built from the Ducks guts. Heh, a super-charged killing machine! I had to say it.

That sounds way to technical...
