If you say this to me, you automatically go on my block list and I ignore any further contact and communication with you. Period

It doesn't matter playing "well" because it's a PUB drop. I've heard this several times over the past week or so.

The PUB queue isn't your personal toilet. It isn't where you get to go to "screw around and play horribly" just because.

PUG games do matter. I put in the same effort on those as I do with any serious CW or group drop.

I just don't have high expectations in PUGs.

The ones that dismiss PUGs to play badly are more than likely just bad pilots.............or trolling idiots.

as someone who plays pugs 98% of the time, I wholeheartly agree.

LFG works fine.

[Captain Stiffy]

CW is boring, queues take forever and is dominated by pugs vs premade. Lame. No reason to play it. Pug mix is the only game mode.

if i want to run a stock Amber i will in solo and it most likely will be a fun challenge. Im not stupid enough to do that in group queue or CW. Solo is for doing whatever because we can.

There's a difference in playing "new mechs" "new builds" "experimenting" etc. and tanking games just because it's the PUB queue. Again, has absolutely nothing to do with what I said. I very specifically (a couple of times now) pointed out what type of player I'm talking about here.

Generally for the same reason I used to talk about capping or getting the team TO cap in assault with this one guy I cant remember who used to rage because he hated capping (but still played assault *shrug*

whats playing all lrm mechs? Cause thats pretty much all I play no matter what lol

I think the better question is what games MATTER? I play this game as a GAME. Especially in events like this. As long as I get my 150 I dont care

Well i missed the finer nuance of your post and still do. ok about tanking games? its at the end of the post. Because everytime i saw someone do something i consider bad it was always covered by the CoC and now it's easier than ever to report. Ive seen people who obviously had their kid on their lap play for them, i just spectated a guy disco in Steam Broadcast while not dead and IN the fight, his reasons were "double xp grind" Tough luck, gota take the good with the bad.

Maybe someone made a bad move and used the worst excuse ever "it's just a game" because he didnt like to be reminded he sucked. I had 2 dudes argue over that in L4D for the whole match, just be on the side and enjoy the trash talk.

I dont believe in tanking games, after all this time i just can't believe it can really happen. It MIGHT be the new SpawnTK trolls transforming, report them

IMO -- running lore/stock/fun builds in solo queue is OK. If not in solo queue, where the hell CAN we run them?

But regardless of what you run, it's not OK to not make a reasonable effort to help your team. Although it's not the comp scene, the objective is for your team to beat the other team, and there're 11 guys there who could use your help. Why play a team-vs-team game if you're not willing to work with them?

Edit: So do your best to lend a hand -- if you're in a stock Locust, it might not be a heck of a lot, but at least try to work with the other guys.

I usually always try my best even when it means making a bad decision when playing a light...

Honestly, I don't expect much in the solo queue and find that is the best attitude to take into the game. Play for yourself, don't expect anyone to back you up and just try to do what you think is best for the match. This way leads to less chances to get aggravated and coming to the forum to complain.

It's not how well/badly you play. Play your pure lrm baot if you want, if anyone point out it's bad it should end there. But you don't go through the trouble to install a game and then not participate at all in order to have the lowest score to drop in ranking. That's like the people who tk in spawn, its not fine.
