60% PPC velocity quirks makes me think this one will get PPCs...one of the other models will probably get a crap ton of LLS, though, I agree.

Well, unless you have magic abilities to fit 13 slots of equipment into one side torso, than no, i dont think so. You cant even do Gauss + 1 PPC in an XL side torso..

Considered putting an AC20 in there tbh... but Gauss was more "meta". Reality is LB-X (not gonna happen) or UAC5 (doubtful)

yeah, best guess would be Peektart/shield side, as the torso mounts just aren't high enough to hill hump, so reality I would guess 1 PPC in the RA. Which on the plus side gives you pitch. Not that most metaderps seem to understand the value of that.

Alternate I could easily see is AC10/2xLPL in the RT, if one still doesn't want PPCs with 60% velocity. (heat or aiming issues)
just pop the LPL from the LT to the RT...

Sad reality... some mechs are so Iconic you wish they were "bad" enough for the Metas to just not play, so you don't see abominations, but at the same time, you wish they were good to live up to the legend, and to sell to support the game.

PGI Hammy is different than Battletech Hammy. After 3+ years of PGI doing whatever it wants, it seems like you would be used to the non canon and lore. The reason why you will see the PGI Hammy is all of the awesome ideas that PGI has attached to the Battletech game and rules.

PGI is going to have to fix PPC heat before you will even see Hammys over Thuds.

The 3 standard variants all have 6+ energy hardpoints.

Those arm hardpoints will be filled, it will just likely be filled with MLAS or MPLs.

Most of the meta builds will basically be Grasshopper clones with no JJs.

Strangely enough...it's a build style that still works quite well. I have an EBJ and a MAD set up similarly, each with two PPCs and a UAC/5. They bring in the dough!

Minus one 5-class ballistic is half? More like only missing 16.67%, looking at alpha damage alone.

No, it doesn't jump, but the EBJ can ridge-poke like a king, which is functionally identical if less optimal.
