So instead you want crit space limits ala the Warhawk? Just saying it is still far from perfect, but you will be able to dakka to your hearts content so it does have that.
Also, the inability to run 2 LPL-2 Gauss-ECM-1 JJ on the Blood Asp made me really sad, I think it is possible without the JJ so that's still a plus, but you can't load it quite as nicely as I would like (like you can on the Whale).
arms are pretty low, so I'm not THAT impressed with it's fabled dakka ability. Arms only have 8 slots, torsos 5, so it's a little cramped, too, IMO. I think a lot of people are going to find it almost too cramped to use all the tonnage in all the diverse ways they think they can.

Yea.. damn that 3060-ish era... I'd like my Cougar dang nabbit... but 3058 as a start of construction is a ways off, even if Prime, Alpha, Beta, Charlie and Delta all have current in game tech... Although it is in TRO 3060, and we do have mechs out of TRO 3058 already....
because TRO dates and Mech Introduction dates are not one and the same?

Which is part of the reason the Kingfisher could be the best 90 ton mech we have, it has MUCH better hardpoints than the HGN IIC, and while it doesn't have much tonnage, its enough for laser vomit which the HGN could never hope for.
In any case, the Clans have heavies that are mobile and good for laser vomit, I think something different like the Night Gyr (or Nova Cat, but I think the Gyr will be better IMO) would be great.
Did you know the Turkina only has 5 free slots in each side torso? 5..
still better than only one torso with room, period.
