I second this. Very fair image of a redesign... (y'know, not that the Wolf needs to be redesigned, since its like the official icon of BTech and all, just sayin).
I should prolly have specified that the Mad Cat has always looked wickedly cool... but I think Huntsman hit on the ideal word with "War Machine".. all that cockpit canopy kinda makes you imagine a high mortality rate. And it is surprisingly areodynamic for a three story tall belegged tank.
I second the motion for more robust arms, but admittedly, "unrealistic" or not, I still like the areodynamic torso/head mishmash
Sorry.. but the mark ii was furgly, well.. just IMO of course

Of course, having a giant, easy to core nose if fine by me. I much prefer shooting 'em than driving 'em, anyhow.

While Iam not entirely sure if that is the original, for me that sure has been the Timberwolf I've always known.
Every other rendition I've encountered in the past has never presented that menacing presence of an advanced omnimech.
When something is just that good, to me always seems like a waste of time to try and conceive your own design 'just because'.
Will forever love the Mechcommander Intro, no discernible design fiddle faddle, they just went balls deep and brought that beast to life!

Also, the second picture from Cyber Carns features some lucky kids.

Actually this is a really small knee auctuator ritzel to hold up such a gaint mass with those small gear...
I mean this material must be amazing if it can withstand such force without breaking in action

Think it allowed them todo mad designs like that with the auctuator.
Feel free to roast me if im wrong ^^
