But at least we can now have mechs that carry guns, like the Atlas in Mechwarrior 4 used to do.

Well those hardpoints are a little bit disappointing.

The standard pack and reinforcement. That way you get the two mechs with ecm and the one with Masc.

It looks like a Gundam, which is an immediate plus for me.

Although its fewer hardpoints and the fact that most of (basically all) of its weapons are in the arms makes me worry. It might end up with a little bit of a Shadow Cat problem.

I'm most likely still gonna pick up the base package just because of its looks, but might hold off on adding that beautiful hero ROC until I get a chnace to play it in-game.

For $5 less you get 12 IIc mechs, 4 of which are cbill boosters and every weight class is covered.

$85 for 7 45T mechs, 3 of which are cbill boosters.

I was hoping as mediums, they would not be as expensive as the heavy and assault packages. My enthusiasm to pre-order has experienced a fatal error.

Uh, that's some aggressive pricing to be sure. I was hoping that the Hero variants would have been cheaper. I'm flat broke anyhow, so it works out that the structure of these packs don't really entice me.

Half of them lost a hardpoint to double ams.

Finally another 40-45 ton mech.

And it has a 355 engine cap.

Basically the most needed mech in the most needed tonnage with some actual speed.

not that i'll buy it of course, unless.....we'll see were development lands by the time it's close to release.
