Anything New To Get An Old Fan Hooked?

Is there anything new that might get me hooked to start playing again?
I'm asking because back in December I got bored due to lack of content and the same old repetition that kept going.
I also have limited time, 3-4 nights a week for about 2-3 maybe max 4 hours of gameplay/night so i don't wanna waste a night just to get the game reinstalled and then find out that nothings changed. (and get dissapointed)
So if there is no significant new content I'l just whip out my old Mech CD-s to satisfy my itch for blowing up CT-s.
Thank you!

I'd suggest installing and giving it a shot.

If you liked MWO before, you'll probably like it even more now
If you didn't like MWO before, you probably won't like it now
PS: No, there's not a lot of new content. There is new content, but it's more of the same. See above.

You can even go into archives that includes patch notes all the way back to Nov 20 2012 at http://mwomercs.com/...-notes-archive/

OP: No reason to come back to the game, nothing has changed.
Sad, also. Their approach, while everyone was super excited and we all had many discussions on what it would be, broke HSR some how. Since we know convergence broke HSR in what, beta? My guess is that it was convergence was tied to heat scale plus alpha damage. The higher either heat or alpha damage was, the worse convergence got.

If your time is limited you're screwed. They recently took away your ability to choose which game mode you want to play (Skirmish, Conquest, etc.) and turned it into a vote before each match. They don't even make all 4 game modes available to vote on for each match so you sometimes have to choose between 2 game modes you despise. End result is you have to either waste time playing game modes you hate or disconnect and take a 10 second delay on your next match.

Scouting seems interesting.
New maps for the mod? I did a quick search and saw the same maps.. no new maps?

I know about the change to voting system and I can live with it.
New mechs are not ... well how can I say this to be polite? Not that important. (not to me anyway, I'l pilot anything)
Maps?
Modes?
Scouting? The only new thing?
What about CW phase 3? Anything new implemented?
Coolant!
Thank you for the link, I will check it.
I could have read all the patch notes (I will tomorrow) to see whats new but I'm more interested in the consumer opinions not the PR.
Well I'l check scouting, or hit pirates moon for the umpteenth time.
Thank you all!
Good night!
