What's with the inner thigh chafing? Did the Kodiak go for a jog before it's photo shoot?

The red marks?

The paint scheme is based off of ghost bears silveroot keshik branch, the legendary few selected to be the personal guards of the sah'khan

My Question is Derek why would you feed such flame worthy information to the forums.

Or did one of the higher ups think you'd take less flak?

Unlike the Atlas, Kodiak never skipped leg day. Posted Image

Your mech is DoA, the moment it steps in front of my Kodiak.

It won't matter much anyway when it steps out front of my Atlas and my first volley of 4xSRM4's 1xAC20 and 2xLL leaves it reeling and my second volley is already lined up after it recovers.

If it retaliates then I can just twist and just lose an arm, after all what's the worth
of a Kodiak arm vs an Atlas arm.

What Metus said, ST will be more of an issue over CT. But if this were the case of an IS mech, then it would propel it into a higher category of being particularly strong. But since it's a clan with clan XL, it wouldn't do much, maybe after one ST is lost.

...Or perhaps this is PGI's insidious method for testing the Kingfisher's viability by introducing a Clan Assault that would benefit from a standard engine? /Dun dun dun!

And while you are doing that and the Kodiak is soaking it on it's arms and during your cooldowns feeding you 80 pts of UAV10 double tap love every 2.5 seconds between twists.........

Your precious Atlas will be another skull for my honeypot collection....

Because Atlas Arms cover a whole lot less real estate than Kodiak arms.

Even with gimpy side torso hitboxes, it still wouldn't benefit from a standard engine. That tonnage into weapons is still a much better option - the massive firepower difference is totally worth the heat/speed loss after the ST is lost. After all: You benefit from the weaponry from the beginning of the match, while the ST loss penalty only comes into play after you've lost it. You're less likely to lose it when you can deal crushing damage to your opponent first.

But, Bishop, hasn't the Urbanmech already claimed many Atlas(es? I?) for its trophy collection? Posted Image

...What if it keeps a hidden arm actuator in one of its side torsi? Like the Stormcrow or Viper's lil grabber hand, only better.

I can assure you,. that it does not. No one is more familiar with the UM-R60s anatomy than I.

Then, Bishop Steiner, you reject the notion of the rare UM-TRX60s that is specifically engineered with hand (tiny claw?) actuators to grab or manipulate objects, much like a T-rex would?

Well, Hit and Hobble skirmisher anyway. Though 64.8 is pretty fast for a 100t.

Or... were they? He reaches into a bag fastened to his Cooling Vest and retrieves the plans for this rare Urbanmech. "It took some a few favors but I managed to uncover and replicate this Lostech design!"

*Serious question though. Were there any significant modifications to the Urbanmech in TT?
