Especially this lil' bugger.
Oh and Horned Howl too ofc (gotta have my Zaku-wannabe yo!).

On the flip side, with the Locust being so good now, a smaller sized Clan light would be nice to have, too. The Fire Falcon, at 25 tons, is a teeny tiny gunboat, and its body plan all but guarantees it would be small (but not locust small) due to volumetric scaling. I say this, even though I want the Fire Moth, even without MASC. I just don't see the Moth showing up due to the engine limitations and PGI being unwilling to release it without MASC.
I would also like to see either the Assassin or Vulcan for the IS, and the Pouncer for the Clans. That way both sides have two 40-ton options available, as well. Get some more options for the lower-tonnage brackets.

New weapon systems or sensory/ECM/ECCM equipment?
Assymetric game modes with NPC infantry?
Tanks?
We have so many mechs by now... hard to get excited by new ones.

I think after the promised heavy omnimech, PGI would be smart to address the lights.
Ive always thought we could use the Fire Falcon... the rescales highlighted a void in the super-light speedster category. And it's not like it's poorly set up. The only question was, would it be survivable? I think it definitely would be now.

I also want the Fire Moth. Even more so now that the Locust has become such a terror at its new size. PGI has taken liberties with other Mech with Hardpoint inflation and such. They can eliminate Masc and bump the engine size slightly or just add a hardpoint or two or armor to compensate for the lost MASC.

If I could choose next mechs, I would want some more lights and 40-45 ton mechs for variety sake. What I would really want and play a lot would be: the Champion (so long as it is designed like the one Bishop Steiner drew because it is like a Cicada and a Locust did the fusion dance), the Hammerhands (a favorite of mine), the Crusader (favorite from tabletop), the Owens, the Bushwacker, and the Sunder.

After that,
IS light or medium, Javelin or Assassin.
After either, Clan omni lights Fire Falcon or Moth
Then IS assault, Nightstar!

Other than that design philosophy, I don't really care honestly. :/

There are a lot more IS mechs than clan mechs at the moment. So of course PGI will release much more clan mechs.
But if clans get a new light mech, I think it will be the Fire Falcon.
