This game needs Medium Ranged Missiles (MRMs)..

..so we can have THE AKUMA.

It's like an Atlas.. except it's made for mid-ranged fights.. and it looks even more bad-ass.

I'd love to see what MWO's artist (seemingly the only competent PGI employee) could make of this beast.

Is the Locust garbage? No. Honestly, 20 ton mechs are a niche within a niche. Lore-wise, 20 tonners are usually fast strikers, scouts, or anti-infantry.

Stinger and Wasp of course. Valkyrie to but I don't know anything about what it looks like or anything. Maybe that would be my favourite.

The best part of this is that at least one of those mechs will be perfect and a must get for me. So I am in no rush. Worste case scenario is each of them is more perfect than the last!! Don't do that to me! Really, don't.

It's funny he didn't get many replies. I only said Fanir because it's time to move up the timeline that we don't have (but OCD follow) because they will only add mechs with current tech because they don't want to make new weapons.

It's not my glorious childhood mech (that used current tech) so I really do t care what it is I'm not buying it. So this and next month my wallet is safe!

DEC is my cut off date for reactivating my previous support habits of buying mech after mech I don't play. If I don't get my "entitled" mech announced by then we'll I'll just wait until it does come out and it will be my last purchase.

Anyway back on topic... Could someone compile most DOA mechs to get in a list?

Maybe we can get a 4 pack of DOA 20 ton mechs!

It still lost to a light-weight Assault mech that was intended to be a trainer. That looks TERRIBLE on a mech's record. You'd be better off hoping for the Hatamoto.

You can throw in 10 Madcat MKIIs in a pack with Wasp and Stinger... and it would still be a DOA pack.

Not many as I expressed before when I bought most mechs I did it out of support I've only ever really played one mech.

I see a lot of agreement in the tweet thread that we need more lights, the most requested appearing to be the Flea, Wasp, Stinger, and Valkyrie, in that order. I asked for any light 'mech but told him the top of my list was the Flea, Mongoose, Javelin, Wasp, and Stinger, in that order.

Because the Raptor is an IS Light 'Mech that can run at 121+kph while packing 8x Medium Lasers?

It's actually an awesome little bug. Can't swap the engines, but it has massive amounts of room for guns and its omni-pods are nice and varied while also having very few that are throw-aways.

I'll just honestly say I don't care what is mech it is I'm not buying mech packs again until this giant man child gets his mech Dec is the cut off date for gaining my support. If you're reading the forums Russ.

Anyway I'm dipping out have fun discussing DOA light mechs. Even PGI knows they can't sell them for $70!
