What is with those who have already bought the Grid Iron? I mean we cant have Hero Duplicates cant we? Could we get something else instead? Even if its just a tons of cbills?

Yes you absolutely can have multiple Hero's. I have 2 Pirates Banes

If you don't want the Grid Iron, you can prolly sell it for a few million cbills and keep the mechbay.

Before anyone whines about "Why the Grid Iron? Why not <insert other mech here>?" It is a football reference which totally goes with this theme.

I already have the GI, like many. I guess it's allowed to have 2 or more of the same Hero?

Thank you, thank you for the double experience portion of the event. I have been waiting for it for a while. Time to fire off my month of premium time, get my last uses out of my Tournament Supporter bonus and use my Heroes and Champions to earn a lot of experience. I have the Kit Fox, Viper, Stormcrow, Mad Dog and the Hellbringer F chassis that I want to get Mastered so I will be playing a lot during the event.

Yea pretty disappointed over that. It's a terrible mech and I actually bought it right before it got nerfed. Now they are giving it away.
