There were a few Clan 2nd-line designs in TRO 3055 unrevised that had a more curved, hippy, feminine look to them (Like the Goshawk), but still very much a unisex design. Overall, Battletech doesn't use that design philosophy, because it doesn't mesh well with the theories of the setting. The inner sphere is supposed to be more utilitarian, using very blocky, simple designs that are easy to maintain. The Clans have the technology to use more lithe looking mechs, but often aesthetics are instead done to emphasise their totemic designs.
I think that after the Kodiak's popularity and FASA opened the floodgates on totemic-mechs and protomechs that looked like armor seams on beasts from a monster manual, I don't really want to see woman-mechs or man-mechs, just mechs. Last thing we need is a mech with a butt and boobs running around.
Your best chances at finding "Feminine" mechs is in the Magistracy of Canopus, where they operate under a matriarchy, but until they get buddy-buddy with the Capellan Confederation, they really don't have the tech to make anything but a few bug-mechs, and even those first ones with high-tech they can make end up being shared designs with the CC.

mechs arent supposed to have gender. they are machines after all. why does everybody need to anthropomorphize everything? its like a species wide form of narcissism. humans even put their deities into human form so they can say the dominant force in the universe looks like them. gender is nothing more than a system invented by evolution so that species can perpetuate their lines. its when societies start defining roles or the general overthinking of it when things go wrong. all those complex definitions that the pc crowd throws around only serve to build more walls between different groups of people. do we really want the battle of the sexes to have 10 fronts instead of one, the correct number is zero.

In reference to vehicle design, a "feminine" shape would also be described as a "sleeker" shape. Smoother lines and curves. It's a completely valid aesthetic preference and has absolutely nothing to do with "bringing gender equality to mech design". It's an even more relevant aesthetic preference given the generally humanoid shape of many mech chassis.
Some people just go looking for things to be offended by.

Here's a thought. If the "mechs" were bio-based. Now we are talking about warmth... about living and color. Would the design be more feminine then? Think like... zoids... but with bio exterior.

And some people parse words to derive their elicit intent.
Absolutely, "sleaker" can be a simile for smooth lines and curves... That said, that is not the inference to OP was making, particularly if you don't ignore the clear reference to "masculine frame".
