The stress test is the amount of stress we put ourselves through while waiting for a key.

I'm all out of chickens to sacrifice. My cats have wisely gone into hiding to avoid the same fate. I seem to be boned for sacrificial offerings to the beta gods for the blessings of a key. I hear cutting off a finger is some kind of apology in Japan land. You think I can get away with that as a substitute and they'll be sufficiently pleased? Let's see... which finger won't I need to pew pew?

Wait. 19 days and only 10 fingers??? I may hap better rethink this.

It will work like this, those of us that do not get into BETA in the next 18 days will eagerly wait for access on the 7th, we will then all storm the servers wipe out the whole system and not be able to get on then either.

I am an optimistic pessimist.

But for real I hope that these guys are way better at server prep and testing than some other company that recently released a long awaited title.

Yes, but it has been posted that there will be resets until open beta, at that time you will be reset for the final time.

Well soon they have to let us all in anyway so I hope they are ready for that kind of load. If they are though then they may as well let most of us in early. If they aren't then they will likely stall all the way to the deadline.
