While I agree that we should not complain about not getting a free Atlas standing item, but I do feel that PGI needs to look into balancing for the Escort game mode, otherwise it's almost a sure loss.

There was also a bug in that the Atlas doesn't fire at all. I sat in a Jenner IIC (no ECM, obviously) just blowing his leg off while he just continued to waddle along .... felt so weird to be ignored by an Assault. Maybe the VIP needs some basic targeting lessons.

By the way - even without one leg, my team still lost the Escort match .... God that game mode sucks.

You still have to play 50 FP games(ivasion and scouting) but you can do rest in FP too, it's not separate just an option for people who like FP over QP.

Well, I'm 6-for-6 on successes at the moment on this Event, but I would have to say I've been no-life'ing it a bit. But, I'm still angry at the Requirements To Win on all the Even-Numbered Days, except for Day 6. Day 6 is the only one PGI did right out of all the Even-Numbered Days, and all the Odd-Numbered Days are just fine. Days 2, 4, 8, 10, & 12 are all too 'RNG/MatchMaker/Luck/Timing/Voting'-dependent, regardless of what kind of life that a person has. Further, they require far more effort and time than a normal person with a life, job, and such can possibly put in toward any kind of Achievement. This "12 Days of 'MechMas" is currently feeling more like "Dia de los Muertos 'Mechs" ("Day of the Dead 'Mechs"), and that's not how a Winter Holiday Event should ever feel!

PGI, if you're listening, please fix the remaining Even-Numbered Days before they can arrive and make people angry?!?!? I'm sure you prefer Positive Public Relations over the opposite, which can be written shorthand as 'Bad P.R.'!!!

You can do that but you still have to get the desired mode. I haven't played FP with the new patch so I don't know how QP modes works. I'll try it next weekend

watch the bottom right of your screen. A popup will say reinforcements needed for invasion/scouting. click on it. it will take you to the planet combat page. Invasion will be on the top right of the pop up scouting is on the bottom right. Make sure you have a drop deck setup to the weight limits. Scouting 55 is and 265 for invasion. IS side. Not sure on the clans weight limits. good luck, Also joining a Faction will increase you chances of getting a call to arms pop up.

You should check the Website News Feed more. Current Clan Limits are '55 Tons for Scouting', '240 Tons for Invasion'...

The free PT, when does it activate, once you hit 17 or the next time you login?
I lost track, stopped playing and discovered on the website I got the 17 Assists already off 4 Mechs. Never got a notice in game.
Just want to know if it is next login, then I will start it tomorrow as I have stuff to do.

Which game modes? I think I've got some missing from Escort mode as well! I was sure I played a couple of those earlier and had finishes better than 80 Match Score. It would really suck if PGI had messed something up so part of what should be counting had failed to do so.

None of mine except assault are working either.

I have received a stocking each for Skirmish and Conquest, but nothing for the two Escort games.

Edit: Also received for Domination. Still yet to discover about Assault. Note that these are all Quick Play games.

Escort matches from 8 hours ago are still not showing. Most other matches seem to have appeared at some point, but not the escort ones
