Not sure what actualyl has more of the "uncanny Valley" effect..... the CGI Masked Tarkin in Rogue One.... or the real living, breathing one in A New Hope..... I think the fake one actually might have looked more....alive.

Scary ghoul dude, is scary.

Peter Cushing...just a normal person...was way scarier than Darth Vader ever was. He deserved to be "resurrected" in Rouge One.

You re-used that image within I believe a 2 month span, when "bait" images are one of the most diverse and plentiful images. Mediocre.

I never understood those bait memes showing just a naked hook. Isn't the point that there should be a worm or, you know, some other kind of bait on the hook?

I saw RAC's and melee there. Obviously doctored footage. Sad.

First some joker tries to get my bottom tier, not even sniffing the meta game, IV-4s, nerfed. Now Spiders and Machine guns? Next I suppose it will be the loyalty Wolverine and maybe the Cataphract.

God damn it, leave my crap mechs and my crap weapons alone. Its christmas for christ's sake. Have a llittle mercy you meta whoring jack holes. Can a terribad not have something to enjoy in this game?! Anything?

If they manage to nerf the loyalty wolverine...I do not think there is a meme with an epic enough facepalm to describe how terrible that could possibly be...

Well, my middle name includes "Christ" in it, so close enough?

On topic, I just got out of the first match I've played in my Ember in a year or so. 4x MPL + 4x MG + XL280:

It would appear your ember had a big enough backpack on to hold the team in that match.

I might have to give it a run for shits and giggles...if I can get over it being as big as a catapult.

I got chastised for telling the team to focus on the fight. Which would have been a winning strat if they had not bungled into the enemy line one at a time. I had to fight to bail them out, preventing me from capping. It was either cap and be last guy left and unable to hold down those caps, or fight and try to kill the enemy fast enough to be able to uncap at the end.

Ugh. Matchmaker.

FS9 is actually not that bad. Some PXH and MLX-style arm durability quirks, a few points of leg armor, and some agility quirks and it will be competent once again. Getting big really did a number on its legs.

That, and you can actually focus STs now...

The great embiggening was basically the death knell for lights...

Believe you me, I am keenly aware.

The good news is that the two I play most were either untouched (Mist Lynx) or shrank (Locust). Unfortunately, the latter lost a lot of its offensive potency from the potatoes who couldn't hit it to save their lives, so its position as a comp 'Mech was extremely short-lived. The former was never good. Posted Image

Edit: I will give you one guess as to what weapons that Mad Dog had on him in the screenshot...

Wow, most people just use machine guns to push their gauss rifles higher on Kodiaks!
