Rifleman suffers from ammo limitations on ballistic builds and there are better laser platforms.
Dragon is a bad chassis all around.
That's every 60 tonner in the game. Whoopdedoo.
I'll let people comment on other weight classes.

Pretty sure a brawler timby that gets within range would decimate the IV4. And yes I totally forgot about quickdraws because they're so friggin rare to see.

Agree on MDD, however completely disagree on Dragon or Rifleman
Rifleman - while cbill variants are underwhelming, Legend Killer is amazing. 42% cooldown and spread reduction on double Lbx10 coupled with 4 medium/small lasers provide for incredible firepower for a 60 ton mech.
Dragon in a map with little verticality, like say 1 v 1 map, is the best 60 ton mech, it carries 2 AC5 with such high cooldown they function as ~4 AC5 and 4 AC5 on a 60 ton mech is obscene firepower, not to mention you have a few SRMs to go with that,
To add is structure quirks and supreme hitboxes. It's harder to drop then most mechs 10-15 tons heavier if twisted properly

- 20 tons locust(lol)
- 25 tons commando
- 30 tons kit fox, yes it whips cheetah *** because it can boat lots more weapons and heatsinks and it has armour and structure quirks.
- 35 tons don't have firm opinion but I'll vote for adder
- 40 tons viper
- 45 tons blackjack
- 50 tons nova
- 55 tons stormcrow
- 60 tons mad dog
- 65 tons is either catapult or ebon jaguar
- 70 tons summoner
- 75 tons night gyr
- 80 tons gargoyle
- 85 tons marauder IIC
- 90 tons cyclops
- 95 tons executioner
- 100 tons kodiak

You'd most likely be at brawling range and the Centurion is a pretty good brawler. Not to mention it's a good Zombie and has 2 arms for shields

Duuuude, HuncherIIC and Nova tears Centurions apart like nobody's business.
I mean, i love my Cent, but i ain't delusional, its glory days died along with the clan invasion.

- 30 tons Arctic - 4 SPL 2 Flamer
- 35 tons Firestarter - 2 Flamer 6 SPL
- 40 tons good question, Viper with 6 SL 4 MGs or Cicada X5
- 45 tons Blackjack 2 - max standard engine, 4 SRM 6 2 Flamer
- 50 tons Nova - 10 SL 2 Flamer 4 MGs
- 55 tons Stormcrow - 4 SRM 6 + 4 SPL 2 Flamer
- 60 tons Mad dog - 6 SRM 6 LBX 20
- 65 tons Ebon Jaguar - 2 UAC10 6 SL
- 70 tons Warhammer 6R - 2 AC10 6 SPL
- 75 tons Night Gyr - 2 erppc 2 Gauss
- 80 tons Victor 9B - AC20 + 2 LPL - Good quirks and a good player can bring the dps on a single component
- 85 tons Marauder IIC
- 90 tons Mauler MX90 - 3 AC5 2 UAC5
- 95 tons Executioner - 1 UAC10 2 SRM6 6 SPL 2 Flamer

I think this should work well. BTW these are in a vacuum, with means only the same tonnage in a match.

Brawler as in SRM-brawler? LOL ... just no. Even if it magically gets in range right away 50 dmg spread all over for 24+ heat every 4 seconds loses to 20 dmg pinpoint for 6 heat every 2 seconds.

No way, it's good, but not anywhere close as good, you're being a salesman here
Getting close isn't such a problem as well, since tose super low slung arms are so bad, the Timby will avoid getting shot even when in sight if there's some elevation difference/obsticles.
Also 50 dmg?
No

78, 30 of that is pinpoint and asrm6 aren't spreading THAT much
Heat won't be an issue because the IV4 won't survive the 3rd salvo

Dude, you've clearly never done a 1v1 on high enough level if you think that low-slung arms actually mean anything. On any currently existing map you will find at least 500m of open space around you, on most maps you can easily find more. Timber won't even get within 270m to fire a first shot with its face intact. It'll either have no CT armor at all, or it'll be half of the Timber left. AC10s vs SRMs+SPLs simply means 4-5 "free" shots for 20 damage each at least (most likely more). Thats 100 dmg put into your mech, you don't recover from that handicap against any build, let alone a ballistic DPS one.
As for lasers and SRMs "not spreading that much" ... maybe in some sort of underhive PUG match they don't.
Salesman or no salesman there is a reason why hero mechs are currently banned from some top tier player run leagues.
