We've got another set of Champion Mech's we'd like your help making builds for!
Keep in mind these will mostly be used by new playersl!
Please submit your build for the Adder Champion!
Post your build using Smurfy Mechlab, with whichever variant you'd like.

Remember to click the Like button at the bottom of other posted builds for your favorites!
The top 3 voted builds will be taken into a separate discussion thread which our designer will then later review your discussions and debates on it to make the final call as to which is the best of the 3 to implement.
Thank you very much again for your contribution!

Max armor, shifted slightly forward, and with a pair of cLPLs and a cMPL for backup. I'd love to add more cDHS or a cAMS, but the cTC1 seemed more important and I preferred keeping the lasers as Pulse rather than freeing up tonnage at the cost of other areas of performance.

- Good heat
- Lethal close ranged punch
- Can Alpha
- Flamer can be used to lockdown enemy 'mechs (BONUS - Lore!)
- Teaches ammo conservation, though carries enough for most battles
- Not too much back armour, but more than usual, to help new players

Wayyyy too much rear armour for a slowish light mech that has up to 405m optimum range. Plus I think DHS is much more valuable than TC when it comes to laser builds. Exchanged TC2 for a DHS and max armour:
- ADR-Prime - 5x cERML with 21 DHS, max armour

A few armor shaved off head and legs. Wouldn't be significant enough for new players.

Was about to post this, but you beat me to it.
Frankly, there's nothing anywhere as reliable on the badder. It's cold, decent damage at good range. And has amazing DPS for a light mech.
Run mine with a T.Comp I, but a T.Comp II as mentioned would be rather overkill.

Classic dual PPC (with good quirks):
ADR-PRIME (ERPPC)
I found this adder build particularly fantastic!
Mid-range fighter MPL or ERML vomit:
ADR-PRIME (ERML)
ADR-PRIME (MPL)
Both very effective mid-range fighters
Keep in mind that the stats shown in smurfy mechlab do not take quirks into account.

In-game mechlab:
Quirk list: ADR-B with set of 8 bonus:
Right hand actuator is on for the slight enlargement of the hitbox, since it's meant to be used as a shield
420 damage (+ critical damage on open components) potential from 3 tons of LB20-X AC ammo
Fair cooling performance without basic mech skills
