Most Inner Spheret Omni mechs are steaming hot piles of garbage. That is with the current Omnimech rules in place.
And example....
Strider. Fixed standard engine,fixed standard heatsinks,Locked CASE.
Another example...Sunder slowish assault mech with the mandatory suicide box I.S. XL engine. Oh and it's also boxy so probably not difficult to isolate the side torsos.
With the list given I would say
Raptor as the light
Firestarter FS9O for medium
Blackhawk KU for the heavy
And probably the Hauptman as the assault (at least it has a standard engine)
And example....
