(And yes, for anyone that asks, I really appreciate when PGI provides (MC) for completing these challenges, which is part of why I'm depressed in advance from looking at the Event!)

Dude, nobody cares about your whining. people can plan to play the PTS and the event. The people playing the PTS are the ones who genuinely care about testing stuff.

Theres no data to suggest that people don't hit the PTS when their is an event. It's not an either or(which is a fallacy by the way)

The severe lack of documentation strikes again. Apparently you have to have an index of patch notes from years ago to look up what each match action means.

From what I can remember from looking it up last time, it's 'be in active combat in a light or medium mech and be within a certain distance (kinda close, but not nut-hugging) of a mech at least two weight classes above your own.'

I think if you are in a light or medium mech and near a heavy or assault when you shoot an enemy you get the bonus.

Hello Mechwarriors,

The Event is very easy. With less than 2 hours of gameplay I have this progress:
Cyberstalker Challenge: 40 out of 100 actions
Heartbreaker Personal Challenge: Everything done except 1,075,219 of 2,000,000 CBills

I have already given my PTS feedback: link

So, the salt in some of the comments is not entirely deserved by PGI (just some of it LOL).

Ok so any mode counts, but do I have to drop with others or can i drop solo ?

"its not either or" ? you have 4 hands 2 heads and 2 screens on your 1 torso ??? Otherwise theirs this magical thing called time , its limited, so having something with rewards that everyone will want to get ALWAYS will decrease PTS testing, because less people = less matches. DUH.

This is a pretty stingy Event, most events usually 3mil cbills available and 300 mc, last years valentines we got Ox Blood color as a prize to win.

Every event over past 6 months seems to be less and less rewards, I think pgi is trying to work out a stingyness / players still play graph. Because of course the main point of events is to try to keep people playing their game to try to keep the ones who spend real money happy by having people to play with / against.

Although there is a decal available so yay ? would have preferred a color.

PGI, you really need a better way to sort colors, by price etc in the interface.

Finally an event
Thank you PGI, did ya forget to slap in some MC's somewhere though? I need some to open the hundreds of crates I have which I will not be using my own money to open. I keep forgetting to sell them too.

Group queue and Chill?!
Group queues are the most stressful and violent roflstomps I've ever seen, doubly more so than FW.
I'll give it a go but if it's killing my spirit I'll pass.

A sale too is also most welcome, Pretty Baby should be on sale too

For everything but the "Group Queue and Chill" Challenge, you can drop solo. That one I pointed out, however, requires being in a group.

Lucky you... both of you... I was at it for about 2 hours, and didn't have anywhere near that level of progression. Seems like the matchmaker enjoys giving me hell, instead of giving me teams that have the same drive as me to win. Of course, I'm also trying to do the "Group Queue and Chill" thing too.
