I didn't need to read a post to know its a racket. Perhaps PP used Keys gifted/won to open his caches?

Like the clan hero pre-order there is little extra you get for pre-ordering... I suspect there'll be loot bags at some point, if they stay true to course...

First off, excellently selected!

It's great to see so many iconic Mechwarriors from TRO lore getting their day in the sun with Hero mechs!

Totally understandable too, the loadout adjustments that were made due to things like axes not being available in game, etc.

I think my only real question is regarding some of the paint schemes. I've been a hardcore Davion player since the late 80s, and The Fox's Teeth are near and dear to my heart. After what I considered to be an odd paint job choice that was presented on The Arrow for example (I love that that mech made it into the game, regardless Posted Image ), I had hoped that as more canon hero mechs showed up, that their paint schemes might reflect canon a bit more accurately.

This is the camo I was looking for on that BK (as well as on that ENF)...

While I can probably reasonably create something like that with some of the current in-game assets, it would be nice if something nearer to that were the default.

Thanks! And despite the above, I'm still pretty stoked with all the work you guys are doing!

I mean, probably not quite at a "Bishop Steiner" level of stoked, but considering that Urbie, that would be a tough level to match. Posted Image

ok PGI, you done good there sir. I thought to myself the Missile hardpoints were a sorry replacement for a hatchet with TSM, but the ability to carry an AC20, now that is a beautiful replacement for the hatchet.

mid june for pre-orders, they'll be available for cash around that time as well I assume...

They'll be up for MC come 12/5/17

I'm confused... The build sheet for the Mauler says it has LB10s in the arms, and no MGs on the side torsos... But the picture shows PPCs in the arms, and MGs in the torso? I mean, these appear to be in-game models, how are they off?

Otherwise, mechs are lookin' great!

What we couldn't get our first urbie with missiles? Other than custom geometry it's no different than all the rest.

Hardpoints, yes, but we are getting a working police lightbar which is waaaay cooler in my book...

The warhammer is the one that's supposed to have a big ol' floodlight on it's shoulder...

Hi PGI,

Pls consider buffing the Panther hero with a MASK. At the moment, ist 'just' a 9R with different hardpoint locations. with a 250 engine, it would go 162.something wich would be fair enough.

I'm liking the king crab, but if it was me... I would do swap the lasers for the missles. So we'd have 2 ballistic, 2 laser on the torsos, then 4-6 missles in the arms. BOOM! Sold. xD

WHY cant IS Mechs get their Ballistic Slots spread all over the mech like Clan do??? Kaiju would be infinitely more attractive if the Ballistic Slots were on both Torsos... dual AC/20 or dual Gauss. But this is just another terrible mech that has nothing to set apart of the vast array of other terrible IS Assault mechs

Aw, come on. At least leave the Lower Arm actuators in. I know the King Crab has only shoulder joint as the upper actuator, but making the joint a ball joint could make it work as a partial lower actuator as well. Those arms are low slung so It wouldn't make the mech OP, just give it more change to drive away pesky lights. I'd even be prepared for it to loose some those armor quirks for the actuators.

Why does PGI do 6 months between money and MC releases, for these hero mechs? MC is way different from a free cbill release.
