Oh, actually... I reconsider the Annihilator's place on the battlefield... it's place is to be the Fafnir... It will be a 100 ton mech, with ballistic slots in both side torsos. Twin heavy gauss babeh!

It will also be a magnificent sniper, with 4 Light gauss!

With the introduction of the Light Engine, you could more feasibly squeeze 4 AC20 onto the beast... As you can save a few tons on the engine, while still having enough crits in the side torso for AC/20

God this tech upgrade is gonna be swweeeeet!

Well damn...you don't get a "Special" parallel prime variant like you did in the past. You know like the *some mech*-Prime and Prime(S)...its nice to have 2 variants of the same mech with 30% C-Bill bonus!

mad, we're not getting the Ares. few reasons, one, it's a Dark age mech, doesn't come out for like 50 years, and two, it requires a crew of THREE, and three, it's a Colossal-class Mech. of which only two canonically exist. both of which were IS. You could say possibly three, counting the Ares's experimental version, the Poseidon, which was slightly lighter. but they're still all IS.

not to mention those ******** get TSEMP cannons which can shut down mechs.

what we're getting here is IS Tech 2. the stuff on the Ares is like 3 or 4, and about 50-70 years down the road even AFTER the timeskip that's about to happen.

This is a terrible change to the mechpack model. It would've been a better idea to make the CBill medallions part of the collectors packs, providing a bigger incentive to buy them, instead of reducing the value of the affordable, standard options.

At least reduce the cost of the standard options if you're going to make them less valuable.

Yep, me too, especially with the LBX's having the firing rate of Ultras in the version I had. Not sure if that got fixed later on. I think it was in Pirate's Moon. To this day I am a little more afraid of Annihilators than I need to be.

If I'm reading the page right, you buy the basic for early adopter you get the early adopter rewards. You upgrade later you get the additional rewards. For the cbill special, they are doing the media loans so any of them can be your booster mech. If you buy the ultimate, it comes with everything, it actually says it specifically. So ultimate package nets a cbill hanging item AND standing item, as well as an experience hanging item AND standing item.
