1. Rifleman IIC - 692 votes
2. Fire Moth (Dasher) - 658 votes
3. Stone Rhino (Behemoth) - 541 votes
4. Warhammer IIC - 506 votes
5. Locust IIC - 471 votes
However, after thinking about this a bit more, I still know that some unseen mechs have been put in the crossfire due to this whole HG lawsuit. So alternatively, until this HG lawsuit crap drops, PGI might have to play it safe by replacing the Rifleman IIC with a similar mech like the Glass Spider (Galahad) or use the Grizzly (338 votes) as a runner-up with 3 new variants and a Hero. As for the Warhammer IIC, I can see the Turkina (235 votes) taking over for the Warhammer IIC.
If anyone has a problem with these mechs on the list, then I would like to tell you to...TAKE IT UP WITH THE POLL BECAUSE THE NUMBERS DON'T LIE!
Thank you.

Or they could just release IS Omnimechs until the unseen lawsuit bullsh*t is over. That's something I would rather wait over and personally prefer over the Glass Spider or Grizzly. If PGI wants to make money until September 2018 this might be their best route to take. Then after all the crap is over, release an unseen 4 pack in October with all of leading IIC's in the poll.
I would honestly prefer if they held off from releasing mechs until September 2018 to dedicate some time into polishing up and fixing the persisting issues that are getting swept under the carpet. That is what MW:O really needs above and beyond everything else for the longevity and health of the game.

Yeah, they could turn it into a "Phoenix Origins" Mechpack (Save for the Battlemaster and Thunderbolt) after this stuff is all done and over with. But it is about time that the IS get their Omnimechs and no excuse should tell them otherwise.

Personally I won't be buying any IS Omnimechs anytime soon, but if they absolutely must keep releasing mechs then this might be their best course of action until September 2018. I would prefer if Russ and friends came out of the darkness and announce their plans with mech releases after the Blood Asp.
Edit: Also, I would prefer if it was a "Classic IIC Origins" wave 2 pack instead of a "Phoenix Origins" since most of the IIC reseens are absolutely hideous. If everything turns to a positive light for PGI with the unseen court case, then there is absolutely no excuse not to modernize the classic IIC designs for better sales. This will sell better:

I looked over the list and there is only one mech that is not already added to the game, on the poll or out of timeline (for whatever significance that holds).
The Ursus (1)
http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Ursus
A 50t battlemech with a smallish stock engine, 200 and a mix of energy & missiles. It also has ECM and a different variant seems to come with JJ and a bigger stock engine. It does have large arms but it's torso is also quite wide, it's kind of like a bodybuilder mech. Lasers are just above hip height but missiles are on top of the shoulder.

cause that's the next thing I'm crying for once the Crusader and Urbie IIC arrive

(and seriously, probably the only mechs I care enough about to buy a mechpack. don't care about obscure newtech and tryhard-metacheese (no offense, just not my cup of tea)).

What a good name! I approve.

But aren't Ost~ series an unseen mechs? I think copyrights belong to some another person, not like other Phoenix mechs, and they are really unseen.

Sadly, yes. They are unseen. How many humanoid designs can one reasonably claim to be distinct, I wonder?

Out of those five, one could be good, two could be okay, and two are just bad....
Could be good:
Marauder II (bigger Marauder, with Jump Jets!)
Could be Okay:
Crusader (I seriously want the 8S, but I know it'll never happen... isXL+HGR Crit Split into ST...)
Dervish
Bad:
Hollander (seriously, we can already mimic it in game, and no-one uses the mimic build)
Avatar (locked isXL280 with barn door ST's, that is just asking for trouble...)

1. Dragonfire, high mounts, good hardpoints, torso that should roll dmg, arms that help roll dmg, Ecm
http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Dragon_Fire
2. Toyama, Same as DFire but in humanoid chassis
http://www.sarna.net...ama_(BattleMech)
3. Sagittaire, great convergence, torso should roll dmg + arms & JJ
http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Sagittaire
4. Flashman, it's a total upgrade over the BK in every single way
http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Flashman
5. Lynx, better Sparky (high mounts & potentially more HPs) for cbills
http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Lynx
Top 5 potentially strongest Clan mechs
1. Stone Rhino, take away the DWolf's biggest weaknesses and this is it
http://www.sarna.net...Rhino_(Behemoth)
2. Black Python, BMech Twolf with no ears to shoot off +ECM
http://www.sarna.net...k_Python_(Viper)
3. Vapor Eagle, 55t Bmech with epic speed, JJ & Hps
http://www.sarna.net..._Eagle_(Goshawk)
4. Warhammer IIC, as fast as you want, ecm variant & plenty of firepower
http://www.sarna.net...i/Warhammer_IIC
5. Bane, Ultraviolet with high mounts or 100t Mad Dog
http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Bane_(Kraken)
Of course this is personel opinion and there are other potentially strong mechs but these look to have the greatest potential.
