MWO accuracy benefits from lower sensitivity than most games. Your mechs have a set rate of traverse speed (how quick you turn from the torso.) Having a sensitivity where any input maxes out your traverse speed means your cursor will always be jumping around "catching up" to where you told it to go. You want a sensitivity under that. This means you have to do larger mouse drags to turn a long ways, but this is way less important considering it's at a fixed rate anyway. If you want to see the difference, just max out sensitivity and you'll see exactly what I mean.

It depends on ya mouse if it has adjustable weights also ya mat and physiology ya arms ya hands do ya have arthritis or parkinsons maybe ya have cerabral palsy?
We dont know how best to set up ya mouse
You might even be missing some fingers ay....

It's worth noting this game's acceleration settings are weird. Stay away from it.
