They are the mirrior to the nowadays America. Impotent, ignorant and arrogant to the bones.
But then all other Houses at once, so i'm proud to be a lone wolf, with the licence to kill 'em all without regrets.(and get payed for this from themselves HAHAHHAAHHAHAHAHHHAHAHHAHA)

(pls don't forget this is a game^^)

In order,
  • Andurians, these jerks have undermined the FWL more than any other HOUSE
  • Laio, For helping the Andurians
  • Canopians, Because these guys are oppurtunists writ large on the northern boarder of the FWL
Steiner doesn't even enter the pic. When someones scout lances consist of Atlases and their command lances and fire lances are Atlases, they must be doing something right. On the other hand what they know about combined arms can be written in large type on the back of a stamp. Which is useful, when I need to go somewhere for Atlas parts.

FRR - because it's not a real nation.

Dare to say it in Asgard, capital of Rasalhague Dominion? ;)

Love the game never was a fan of the lore. My friend and I made our own storyline to BT. I only picked Kurita becuse I like their insignia and I always been intrested in the japanese bushido code and the fudel era (and asian chicks are hot :( ).I dislike the houses they are all boring with no real substance to them. At one time I liked the Klans till I read Legend of the Jade Phoenix and found out they were all a bunch of inbreeders. Brothers and sisters banging each other ( Yes klaners you do. Marthe Pryde and Aidan Pryde were both from Ramon Mattlov-Tania Pryde sibko Aidan had a kid with his sister Peri.) From what I unserstand that happens more offten than not. That is what turned be away from the Klans . I know its clans not klans I just see no real diffrence between the 2. Trashborns treat the free births as second class citizen and act as if they would be better off with out them, they have almost no freedoms they are considered inferior and suffer harassment and assignment to lackluster duty. They can't get a blood name or get their genes added to the genetic program even if one proves to be better than any Trashborn in combat with abilitys if her/she were trash born would they would be given some of the highest promotions they would still consider him/her lucky.

Kurita because we remember Kentares.
And those tiny little Capellans.
Oh and I would add the Clans, but they don't exist.

Kurita. They were the bad guys in the first PC game and it just stuck with me.

The 89' Game was also my first taste of the universe and a big part of why I identify as a Davion (who loved taking commonwealther's money). The Draconans might have been some despicable stingy ****** but at least they generally paid out on contracts which is more than I can say for Liao. The Capellans screwed me over one one too many jobs for me to ever advocate their continued existence.

I wonder ... do the dracs have any equivalent to the Crapellan's servitors:

sarna.net said:

Unlike the other Successor States of the Inner Sphere, where individuals are born with citizenship, in the Confederation, citizenship is a benefit to be earned.

...

Upon reaching maturity, each Capellan child is evaluated to determine if they have proven their commitment to the state by participating in their community, whether through outreach work, artistic work of cultural value, or civic participation. Those who are found willing to provide service to the state are granted citizenship. Those who have not are given a grace period of two years after which they will have a second evaluation. Failure to earn citizenship after one's second evaluation regulates an individual to the class of non-citizens referred to as servitors. The life of a servitor is harsh, because a Servitor has no legal rights within the Confederation.

???

Emphasis added.

(somewhere, madcapellan's ears are glowing red)

so basically what you are telling me that someone who simply draws on the community's resources without contributing should be rewarded?

quoted from sarna

Capellan citizens are expected to continue providing services to their community throughout their lifetime, and the state makes a point of continuing to promote and reward those who provide selfless service to the state. All Capellan citizens are guaranteed free healthcare & education for life, in addition to other minor benefits. The result is a Capellan citizenry who is far more loyal and civic-minded than the average Inner Sphere inhabitant, one who sees his citizenship as a reward for hard work and not a right.

/quote

The confederation is a meritocracy more so than ANY other house. The Capellan's strength is its people.

No.

I was asking if the dracs have the equivalent of the capellan's servitor class.

-----

I suspect someone is suffering from capellan inadequacy disease.

Don't worry.

Just go look at the 3145 map and you'll feel a lot better.

Don't shoot a stiener on sight.

He might be the unit's political general.

That might put the unit under the control of an ACTUAL officer.

Than you'll be in TROUBLE!

I have always hated the character Victor Steiner Davion, truly hated him. By extension I supposed I dislike house Davion as well, but it's more to do with terrible writing and Mr. Improbable/invincible with no character flaws ruining all over every interesting plot device and situation that was ever conceived of for the Battletech universe.
