I did some Jump Jet tree testing with full Mobility Executioner. Four Class I Jump Jets and MASC. Didn't measure time, only jump distance. Presented results are not literal and will obviously vary from mech to mech:
1. Full Mobility tree Executioner without any point in Jump Jet tree.
Horizontal jump distance when standing still: 10m (in-game meters)
Horizontal jump distance at full speed: 100m
Horizontal jump distance at full speed with MASC: 130m
(Rear) Horizontal jump distance at full speed: 80m
(Rear) Horizontal jump distance at full speed with MASC: 100m
Vertical jump height when standing still: over 35m
2. Full Mobility tree Executioner with eight points in Jump Jet tree(Heat Shielding 1, Vent Calibration 5, Lift Speed 2):
Horizontal jump distance when standing still: 10m
Horizontal jump distance at full speed: 115m
Horizontal jump distance at full speed with MASC: 150m
(Rear) Horizontal jump distance at full speed: 90m
(Rear) Horizontal jump distance at full speed with MASC: 110m
Vertical jump height when standing still: around 40m
3. Full Mobility tree Executioner with nine points in Jump Jet tree(Heat Shielding 1, Vectoring 5, Lift Speed 3):
Horizontal jump distance when standing still: 40m
Horizontal jump distance at full speed: 105m
Horizontal jump distance at full speed with MASC: 140m
(Rear) Horizontal jump distance at full speed: 80m
(Rear) Horizontal jump distance at full speed with MASC: 105m
Vertical jump height when standing still: below 35m
4. Full Mobility tree Executioner with full Jump Jet tree:
Horizontal jump distance when standing still: 40m
Horizontal jump distance at full speed: 120m
Horizontal jump distance at full speed with MASC: 160m
(Rear) Horizontal jump distance at full speed: 90m
(Rear) Horizontal jump distance at full speed with MASC: 120m
Vertical jump height when standing still: around 40m
Forgot to list vertical jump height values at full speed(+MASC), but in general they were around 110-120% of "standing still" values.
