My nom de guerre in most games is cajunWolf, but I think my hash name of Chumbalaya will fit better here within the Liao. Chum for short: a best pal and the guy that feeds the sharks. You'll find me in the Commando looking to TAG all those big mean Atlas's for destruction.

I used to go by Nutlink (a combination of part of my last name and a body part I was famous for in high school), but just over 5 years ago I joined up with BOTA (pronounced bou-tah, as in bow and arrow, not bot-ah), and with a few rare exceptions we all go by numbers, so 49 it is. I picked 49 because that was the number I used playing baseball from middle school up to college.

Being ruskie I thought I'd go for Commrade, unfortunatley it is was already taken on Xbox live, so I settled for Commraid.
Its a play on words really as some people say the two in the same way.
Its also an abbreviation for Communications-Raid, something Im looking forward to doing soon :o .

Callsign: Anvil*
Used for years on various forums, BT boardgames, and BattlePods.
Seems to match my play style and subtle nature.

Sadly Anvil* is not allowed and Anvil was already taken as a login.

<VDB>

I recognize names that I haven't seen in years. Place are talked of that have not been visited in for ever.

I started as bogeyd6 then was recruited by Jester into FC of the CCAF. Lanced as 13th so call sign became Rctbogey313-=CCAF=-.

I've used bogey313 ever since.

As always though welcome to the Jungle..first rounds on me.

Terminus, it fits the whole "end of the line/the buck stops here" style of play that I tend to adopt in whatever game I'm playing.

Havoc

I was dubbed such by my first commander in Gray Death Legion after trouncing him several times in a one on one match in Mechwarrior 3. Stock Orion Battlemech (me) Vs. a stock Avatar Omnimech (I want to say the prime alt, can't remember.) Very fun matchup and he put up a great fight. He just didn't realize that the Orion had armor equivalent to most assault mechs. :)

Habokku is the Japanese translation for Havoc, but in the end, I'll always go by just Havoc.

It suits me, or so I'm told.

A.K.A. Habokku

Whats up Havoc, long time no see!

My journey began in MPBT on Gamestorm in 1996 as Beretta40 because I had just turned 21 and I had a Beretta 40 calibre handgun. I had no clue what to do or who to join. People in weird outfits trying to lure me into dark alleys, it was hard to figure out who to trust. Then came along some guys from a group called the "FireClan" and they showed me around, helped me out and didn't rush me into anything. After a few days I joined them and changed my name to FireBerretta. That's who I have been ever since....whew it's hard to believe that was 16 years ago! Oh, except when I was in Comstar, my handle was SharpShooter. I have seen A LOT of my old friends in here just in the last couple of days since I joined.

Swampthing.

On a campaign I got seperated from the rest of my unit. I then launched hit and run raids from a swamp that I was hiding out in.

My father's callsign has been KMA since Mech3.

Let me preface this by saying that my dad is very technologically adept, but he does not understand any internet shorthand.

He was playing a match when one of the enemy players said "afk" and then left for a short time. My dad didn't know what that meant (not that he would have shown mercy to him anyways, who idles in the middle of a game), and when he found the guy's mech, he destroyed it. He then proceeded to destroy it 5 more times before the enemy pilot came back. The enemy pilot became very upset and was yelling all sorts of things, asking, "Don't you know what afk means?! God!", to which my dad replied, "I don't know afk. But KMA." The enemy responded, "What the hell is KMA?"

"Kiss My ***".

Hay there Warthawg. Nice call sign - very tough sounding & dependable!!

I chose Pave Low as a reference to an ancient Terran flying machine.

The Jolly Green Giant as it used to be called. (Medium lift helicopter)

It too was dependable and tough in its day!!

Jolly Green and Pave Low are two different birds. Pave Low was a special SAR bird built off of the Sea Stallion for picking up downed pilots behind enemy lines. It had special low flying radar and the ability to refuel in the air. Jolly Green was years older, during Veitnam I believe, where as the Pave Low was only retired after the second Desert Storm.

Still don't know why they retired it.

But on to topic, I have always been fond of the name Havoc. Just seems to fit.

I usually go by Ferrik, Ive been using it for years now. No Idea where I got it though. When I was little (Playing Runescape and Counter Strike mostly ) I went by Orik, a dwarf from my favorite book at the time Eragon
