Here are the comparisons from pages 10, 11, and 12.
I find it very suspicious they cut off the Phoenix Hawk's arm.
And for review, here are laughable comparisons on pages 13 and 14.
Is it just me, or is the Warhammer concept seems to be... Stretched vertically? I can only assume to resemble the proportions of the "original" more.

Not just that, I would love to see a more modern take on it, like some of the later Macross entries....

Page 20+ items 30+ are all aimed at Catalyst Game Labs, the maker of the Tabletop version.
This is more than just an attack against MWO and the HBS Battletech game, but an all out attack against all things battletech.
Looks like HB's answer to the complaint, states as defense: Plaintiffs copyright is invalid.

I'm reaaaally hoping that once PGI/HBS/CGL kick HG back under the rock they crawled out of, they release like a celebratory pack containing the rest of the Unseens.

Well that is a F-U for HG, as well as pointing out that they never had the rights in the first place.

Player Response: Harmony Gold has, by it's own actions, displayed plainly that it has the moral fortitude of a Bag of D***s, and by it's own actions have irreparably damaged themselves and any product lines they may be attempting to foist upon the gaming community. Please crawl back under your rock.
PS - My sig file presently contains an image from Macross... not Robotech... that you do not have rights to. I won't even give you that, HG. Go away.

I'd put up $160 for a "Independence for Battletech" mech pack consisting of the Stinger/Valkyrie/Crusader/Longbow. Great Idea Juodas!

Scorpion would fit even better than the Valkyrie, since we just added the Javelin, a Jumpy 30 ton missile mech. I'm down on the Scorpion, you just need to convince Mr. Nay-sayer Russ Bullock.
Can Cry-Engine do quads? I remember back in MW;LL they said the engine couldn't run quads. If they could, I'd welcome the Scorpion!

They're mad because the Robotech Miniatures game they kickstartered the other year FLOPPED. Only the backers had any interest at all, the game was dead on release. And yeah, the minis are being used to play Battletech, so Harmony Gold felt it was time to rage against their archenemy Jordan once again.

Besides they've been sitting on those copyrights for many years while doing nothing with it, can that be used against HG for patent/copyright trolling?

HG got the video rights from a company that never actually had them in the first place (thanks to a recent ruling in Japan, where Macross comes from), so that makes HG's claims null and void.... if anything they might be able to be sued for unlawful use of the IP and it's rights....

They kickstartered a Robotech miniatures game the other year. It flopped hardcore, dead on arrival. And HG is smoking mad that the minis they produced for the kickstarter are being used to play... Battletech.
