Give weapon animations some love?
Specifically looking at heavy lasers, and flamer visuals :/.
A great many people have been begging to get rid of the flashlight look for a long time.

I want to use flamers so badly, but i cant stomach running around blazing a searchlight in front of my mech pretending i'm burning stuff.

And large lasers need a different visual effect, not necessarily color, but a different particle effect?

I had to do a double take at the latest link image, with that missile arm and posture I thought that Hellbringer hero was a Thanatos

They have a soundcloud where they preview the warhorns, they usually put up the link in the preview.

i was half expecting the HBR prime left torso to get godawful negative mobility quirks, very glad to see that isn't the case. maybe we can get some changes to the timber wolf's quirks/mobility values?

CSPLs were fine before (or at least, mostly fine, I won't rule out that some nerfs were warranted, but not the outright murder they got), now they're barely even in line with CERSLs. Paying double tonnage for marginally increased DPS as well as reduced range and increased heat isn't appealing to any mech. Most CSPL boats have now gone from niche to utter garbage because they depended on the rapid alpha potential of CSPL, since, you know, DPS is kind of a dump stat for skirmishers. Meanwhile the mechs that were "broken" with CSPL have just shifted to CERSL and remain strong as ever because in addition to still having a high alpha they now have better heat stats and targeting computers with the extra tonnage.

I expect PGI to nerf CERSLs down to this new "standard" of nonviability as opposed to just making CSPLs not crap again. After all why buff underperforming gear when you can just make the obvious replacement for it even worse?

Finally HBR 8/8 quirks!
I almost gave up on waiting for them.
Maybe we’ll see some non-ECM ones in the future.

I went to their soundcloud yesterday after I made the post here to see if they had already posted them. I would've been nice when they post the patch notes they add whatever audio (if any) is posted there as well.

I can't believe that his will make Uziel more viable. Sizing down side torso will size up arms and center torso. Where is the gain? Cores out faster, loosing arms faster? Compared to a crab it still has a worse front profile and no structure quircs.

Minimap not fixed.
LRMs not reworked.
Ghost heat not reworked.
Visual retrofits for Clans which have almost no new tech.
No IK.
Mad Cat Mk2 animation not fixed.
List of quirks and bonuses from skills is still a mess.
No other improvements to clicketyclick skill maze.
No improvements to performance or mechlab loadings.
Hoverjets not buffed.
No slots reduction for LB-X or ammo types.
No new maps.
Alpine rework abandoned and forgotten.
We were also promised female pilot model.

0/10 wouldn't buy a mech pack.

Buy buying Mech Packs is what provides the funding for them to promise all the fixes and features that get delayed indefinitely!

At least, I think that's how it works?

Not with PGI. You buy mech packs to fund more mech packs. Most of issues I've mentioned are either the most minor fixes that require minimal effort or something that was asked for years ago. So my money invested back then totally didn't pay off.

But some more information. for you.
All the general ease of use of standard functions in a structured GUI.
And also to be equal throughout the games GUI.

And some funtions where the mouse is the only option a more complete and easier usage.
