But... you already announced the light mech.
(Hope that Clan medium is a Vapor Eagle....)

Oh and I should add...reverting to 8v8 isn't going to "fix" quickplay, writing a proper matchmaker (with more weight on personal performance than on winrate) would be a lot better than making teams smaller

No free-for-all? That's what made Solaris the brutal slugfest that it was!
And for God's sake, you can't have Solaris without George Ledeoux as Duncan Fisher!

According to the stream they did, Ledeoux isn't something they are opposed to. At all.

What are these? Are these the "hero camos", with reward boosts for non-hero 'mechs, that lots of people have been asking for?
With those new Clan factions added, I'm wondering if PGI has further plans to add more "minor" factions. Since the new factions aren't on the map, I imagine the workload is moderate. I'm especially thinking of the major periphery powers. I forget what the Taurians were doing in this era, but at least the Magistracy "should" be in the game for the Operation Bulldog phase.

• Unannounced Clan Medium
I'm calling them:
Clan Light:
Dasher/Firemoth or Commando IIC or Hellion or Locust IIC; or Fire Falcon.
--------------
Clan Medium:
Grendel/Mongrel; or Battle Cobra; or Pouncer; or Phantom; or Black Lanner; or Shadow Hawk IIC; or Griffin IIC; or Clint IIC.

I mean, if you guess enough mechs, it might be right.
My money is on the Piranha for Clan light, seeing as it only just barely got removed from the Escalation pack, as stated by Russ in the last official Town Hall. Medium, sadly, I fear will be the Black Lanner, but I can hope it is the Vapor Eagle. Pouncer would not be bad, though.

what's wrong with the black lanner? a 55 tonner with ECM that can go 150+ KPH sounds pretty damn good to me. plenty of variants to choose from as well.

11 tons of pod space on a 55 ton mech once you fix the horrible armor situation the stock mechs have.
Have fun with your 55 ton mist lynx. Without the ballistic spam. Or jump jets.
With the ECM IFR, it is a redundant mech. Pretty sure the IFR is better at the job, overall, too.
Edit:
I mean, if people want it for nostalgia reasons, I can kinda get behind that for their sake. But anyone thinking that mech will be good is smoking the good stuff and really needs to share it.

fair enough, though i still think it could be a pretty strong mech if given some durability quirks. i'm imagining something like the bushwacker, just lighter on weaponry and much faster. i guess i'm making a lot of assumptions here, i just like the idea of a super fast 55 tonner.

- The decision was made to put our IK work on-hold indefinitely
- Bolt-On Geometry
Will the same happens with your Bolt-On Geometry?
- First-Person MechBay
It's handy when you want to show off your Mech 360°.
Here's my Beardy Urbie.
Also make sure everything is fine in 3D Vision, you have a kit to test, right?
