I feel that I have been sold a dud and I want to get a refund.
How do I go about getting one?

You can always try to write to one of support E-Mails: https://mwomercs.com/support

Not really.
I imagine most people have the sense to realize that nothing is permanent in multiplayer online (especially free2play) games and literally everything is subject to change.

If the mech is old, then PGI probably will not refund. I do suspect Termin8tr is unsatisfied with more recent vintage--the Thanasuck. In which case, Support is more willing to cooperate.

I mean, no one "sold" you anything. They hand fed you everything thing you needed to make an educated purchase decision. They gave your accurate scaling relative to other mechs, pre-views of movement(NGNG), loadouts, and quirks....
...and you still bought it.
Despite all that where would you get that the Thanny would be any good? Its a big giant walking cube...of course its going to be hard to play. Just give it a while, it'll get quirks.
Until then, grind it out...go YOLO on armor/struct tree...then stick it in the garage till it gets quirked.

There is no promissory that any mechs or mechs pack is going to be the greatest thing since sliced bread (which honestly is not that big a deal of you ask me.. But I digress).
Refunding a purchase based on buyers remorse sets an extremely slippery slope precedence that if I were PGI... I would not touch with a 20 ft pole.

Sorry for your plight, but PGI is not in the business of refunding accepted content.
Having said that, every experience I have had with the PGI support staff has been fantastic and fair, so sending them a nicely worded request cannot hurt.

Sooo...just saying...
Its worse to get a great thing, then to have it nerfed into oblivion ...why? Because you now know greatness...and now its been ripped away from you.
Its better to start out like poo, then get buffed.

they usually dont nerf it until it goes to cbills though
so you get a few months to enjoy your broken OP mech at least
but if the mech sucks you dont even get that
