What I don't like about it, is how paper thin it is. I got Raven with XL engine too, it even runs slower, but I'm no where as fragile as in Jenner.
the thing to consider with the Jenner and Jenner IIC is that the Center Torso hitbox is huge,Jenner is one of the few Light Mechs where you are not better off aiming for the legs, and as Jenner was one of the very first Mechs introduced to MWO (literaly it was one of the first 6 Mechs back in closed beta) everyone who has been playing for a while knows this, and the Jsnner IIC is virturaly identical to the IS Jenner in terms of hitboxes.
a Jenner needs as much armor as practical on the front CT, just put 1-2 points on the rear
(leaving anything totaly unarmored is a bad idea because any internal damage and your Mech starts smoking) but you will rarely need rear armor.
however the paper armor does not matter, the Jenner IIC can fly
(with enough jumpjets), is one of the fastest
(with max engine)and most agile Mechs in the game
(only, Spider, Commando, Javlin and Locust can be are faster and/or more agile), and it can carry the firepower of a Mech twice its size.
it may be a glass canon but to put it in modern military terms it is a glass cannon attached to a mach2.5 fighter/bomber.
your build is literaly a Light Mech which can
(if you get behind them) 2 shot any other Mech. if it did not have weeknesses it would be massively overpowered
