That actually looks like it would be a perfect match, with the two exceptions of "sub par mech quality assurance" (this is supposed to be a serious confidential document) and the "weapon systems" typo (you forgot the space).

I guess PGI could technically save it with massive armor quirks like they saved the Annihilator, but that is completely dependent on the whims of our Balancing Overlords™ and is thus not a safe bet to make.

EDIT: If for some reason it turns out to be and Axeman + Melee combat...take my money now cuz it is on my list of mechs to buy from the Cartoon.

I've had a go at redoing it, literally typed over the top so we know the character counts of each missing block (text is monospaced).



The best thing we can say is the "Protoype" is 10 characters long which gives us the following mechs.
