Nice, but please increase the Max. Engine Rating to at least 180 on the non-MASC versions, so it's at least not slower than the Piranha, unless you're planing on epic survivability quirks! Otherwise, yay! I was looking forward to this one =)

Pretty sure the Fire Ant is just a named regular 'mech, not a Hero.

It's also the same price as every other solo Light 'mech (with the exception of the Urbanmech, because that was the first solo 'mech pack). Javelin, Cougar, Osiris & Piranha are the same price.

I believe that netcode and hit-detection issues were the reason for the speed ceiling in MWO. As much as I want to see the Firemoth, so I can relive the Sibko training from MW2, we really do not need another light with hit-registration issues.

No.

The Fire Ant is a standard Flea Variant available through the reinforcements pack. The Fire Ant Moniker is due to the lore behind the variant. As it has been refereed both as the "FLE-Fire Ant" or simply the "Fire Ant" in lore. It was a mass manufactured variant, and as such doesn't really fit the "unique" nature of the Hero's, which are often based on Mechwarrior's unique rides from the fiction.
