If you're not using quirks, then everybody handles the same as far as bipeds go in tabletop. Quads, of course don't worry about torso twisting at all.

The Rifleman has torso hard points. If it were true to BT lore, it would not be able to fire those torso weapons at targets behind it unless the torso weapons were mounted pointed backwards... in which case it wouldn't be able to use them to fire at targets in front of it.
That's....basically what I just said. RFL can flip it's arms, can't twist it's torso all the way around to shoot in any direction.
(And the
Urbanmech in TT not only can flip it's arms, but gets the extended twist quirk to boot. Go Urbie!)
