If two players have a elo over 2500/ (after the patch) 1850 and they play against eachother, you should be able to watch the game.
But I have never seen that happening.
So I have the same question: Watching S7 matches, How does this work?

It could mean:
- I don't see the Bolt-Ons on enemy mechs, in any mode.
- I don't see the Bolt-Ons only in Spectator Mode of the Solaris 7 games.
- when I press this key the enemies don't see my Bolt-Ons.
a lot of questions, but who will answer them?

But please reconsider about the urbie hardpoints.
I know the hardpoints differed from the description, but it was what made the mech viable.
It really wasn't OP ...

Anyone else having problems?
You're not the only one. My MWO Game Client had a nasty hiccup and died earlier today when I tried to Exit MWO's Game Client directly after losing in a Faction Warfare Invasion Mode Match. It had stopped doing that kind of crashing for some time, and now it started happening again, which likely signals a hidden issue in the Latest HotFix Patch.

I'm having the game freeze on the map selection screen, and crash when trying to re-enter the mechlab after a match. Now it's apparently also having trouble accessing my account data. Liasing with support at the moment. Much fun. Never had any problems at all before this patch.

Eh... Have you run the Repair Tool for MWO, as well as run a MemTest on your System RAM? It sounds like your computer is having a physical issue, and MWO is infamous for setting them off.

I have no idea what to do with this fix, it just unpacks some files, nothing to click on and run.
How about some help for those of us that aren't IT support staff ?
Help please and maybe next time some explanation on what to do with some files snd stuff when there is nothing to click run

I've tried verifying the game files, as per supports directions, and all check out. Will try running a memory check. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm wondering if a full reinstall may be the way to go, but that's not fun. Cheers.
Update: Memory check was fine

Please clarify the "accessing account data"? This would be more of a connectivity issue than client issue, unless on the system the data was being corrupted. For memory check I use Prime95 tortured mode. Usually 10 minutes but if memory is highly suspected then several hours while running monitoring software to log temps/etc.
I would also suggest starting a new thread in either Patch Feedback or Workarounds.
What are system specs? Use either dxdiag (Windows Key + R, type in dxdiag. Once loaded click on the Save Info to desktop or easy accessible for you location. Open w/note pad and copy/paste the contents) or Speccy to generate the info.
How are you connected to the net and what ISP, as well as make/model of modem, router and network card, and if applicable which part is wireless if any.

About the Urbie: Meh... I dislike them anyway. My games with the new one usually go "pewpewpewpew...pewpewpewpew...pewpeBANG! aw crap. takitta-takkita-takitta-takkitta..." i just swapped for 2 more jump jets.

Thanks for the advice Tarl (love the name btw, read almost all the books when I was younger).
I have a ticket going with support, so I'll let that run its course. I was mainly wondering if it was just me, or more widespread. I've never had any issues with the game until the patch to fix loading times. Kind of ironic really.
I may just do a clean install and see if that fixes it. Thanks again.
Update 30 Apr: After a couple of days of issues, everything seems to be working again (or at least it was fine last night). Not sure if something was done at PGI's end, as I haven't heard anything back yet (probably still Sunday in Canada), but YAY! Thanks to all who gave advice. Cheers.

Oh hey, it's been nerfed into the variant with the worst hardpoints. Looks like I'm never going to use it again.
FYI, it was usable with the higher engine and JJ cap because you could run 4x MPLas. Even double LLas is too heavy, and they're pure arm mounts for easy dismemberment. I guess ruining the name wasn't enough.
