DPS = 18
Damage per round = 0.15
Rounds = 6,500
Max damage = 975
Time to deal max damage = ~54.2s
Time to deal 660 damage = ~36.7s
Max ammo MG PIR-1
DPS = 12
Damage per round = 0.1
Rounds = 19,000
Max damage = 1,900
Time to deal max damage = ~158.3s
Time to deal 660 damage = 55s
So where did the nasty PIR-1 touch you, and how long where you stood still picking your nose?

And if you're consistently getting killed by MGs, i suggest becoming more aware or carring arm mounted weapons to be able to shoot fast moving mechs

the reality of it is that this is the same kind of gripe as 'lights are OP' threads. You should ask yourself if you're getting murdered all that often by 6MG shadow Cats? Rarely do you see heavies abusing such "OP" weapon systems, and if so, it's usually to fill space as a secondary, or tertiary weapon for crit farming. The problem here is that you can't aim and/or are very out of position, the weapon system isn't to blame, no amount of exaggeration will help.
As to address the ethics of this post; you should know better than to hop into forums just to whine. Provide feedback that's actionable, and/or ask for help. There is nothing positive that can come of a post like this, and nobody is going to think well of you to simply come here and stir the pot over being angry.
