Please tell me that it will not be with the same SUPER SHINY BATTLEMECH SKIN
Is it really so difficult to reduce the level of reflections, as in earlier mechs? (Which really look like battle-worn BattleMech)

Or a better solution:

While I wish the inverted triangle "bug" head would have stuck around in some form, this does look better than the re-seen vixen-4.

my biggest take away from this is that it's a VMI design in MWO that carries over a recognizable familiarity with the original. Which gives me hope for the other great visual designs from that book. the IIC's(Phoenix hawk, plz! but don't butcher it...)

And the mother of all Dakka, the Kraken. one of my all time favorite TT means of destruction.

True, to a certain extent. The strength of the Piranha has changed the role of every other light mech in the game to "defend the line from backstabbing piranhas" and sticking close to your assaults and heavies.

But i hoped for filling some underfilled holes in the Tonnage. Like an 25t Mech (Fire Falcon), 40t (Phantom, Pouncer), 95t (Turkina). So, PGI, think next Clan Announcement about this three Tonnage holes.

Next one will probably be an IS Heavy, one after that is probably a Clan Medium. Last few packs have alternated between both IS and Clan, and the last IS Heavy was the Thanatos (we've had a medium, light and assault since then).

Perfect for legging those pesky assasins, 4spl + 4mg will leg an assasin in a jiffy with some cooldown/laser duration/range quirks + ams even (laser one would be nice since it's a low heat build). I'm only worried about jaw/pitch angles. Visual representation of those in the desription would be nice.

Flea, Vulcan, Incubus... Keep em coming very nice paint jobs on top of good hardpoints. 7-8 hardpoints is what the Vulcan also needed to be viable. Let's see if we also get the Peregrine at some point. I certainly hope so!

I guess this mech will be a rival to the Cheetah, both 30 tons. Would love to see duels between them.

Well the hardpoint locations are nice, BESIDES I wish there were left hand hardpoints aswell.
Could do with a different cockpit "head" aswell, but overall, good looki'n.

While not the stopping hawk I was hoping for it is an interesting choice. It will play similar to a wolfhound but hopefully be smaller. I dig the artwork getting rid of the ridiculous bug head. Congrats to whomever guessed it!

There is one thing I like about this mech. It's 30 tons and can keep up with or be used to hunt piranha

nice to see yet another newcomer to a MechWarrior game, but then PGI's always been good for picking the iconic tabletop mechs that are rare if not non-existent in the PC games.

for all the guys going "whyyyyy!!!???" as i've said before, we literally just got the Fafnir, Blood Asp, Flea and so on. the year started out with a lot of well-known mechs, additionally, for the guys wanting IS Omnis (myself included) there's nothing really stopping PGI from surprising us with a four-chassis IS Omni pack, given how well they could shake things up if they show.
