There's not, but the problem with all 3 of those builds you've listed is that other mechs do them better. 3 AC10? VTR-9A1 does it much better. 4 LB10X? Mauler and Annihilator do it better. 2LB20 2 SNPPC? Again Mauler and Annihilator do it better. You can make the Nightstar into a mediocre mech instead of a terrible mech, but it does nothing very well.

Great, a made up loyalty version Victor can run that but nothing else below 95 tons can. Those were just a couple of drummed up builds that I know can work.

What else is there to say? It's a 95 ton assault, the most inefficient weight of the assault category.

They are mediocre to good and can be a good bludgeon in the right hands.

They're really not, they are terrible to mediocre, and that's being overly generous to them. I have never once seen one and thought to myself, oh man that's a nightstar we gotta kill it! Seriously, I'll prioritize shooting 60-70 ton mechs before worrying about that thing.

There are other assaults better fitted for those loudouts. Plus they aren't as wide as they are tall.

Dude.... Nah. Still garbage. Too wide, turrible convergence, barn door side torsos, not enough firepower considering all the drawbacks. I never feel the desire to take a Nightstar. I take the Dire over the Nightstar on the reg, and folks say the Dire is bad so what does that tell you? (That the Nightstar sucks)

People said the Blood Asp was bad, that got me to play the game to try out this "bad" Clan assault mech. Turns out it wrecks lol.
