I think Monkey Lover meant actually being loyal to a faction and therefore not switching factions as per opportunity.

This is really neat, I like the little historical touches you guys have been trying to add recently, thanks PGI.

If only this time the union could last and bring about a new Star League. What if the Federated Commonwealth had declared themselves the Star League reborn, and then ComStar would have embraced it? I bet there's a chance it would have forced the other three houses to the table. By the Unfinished Book, it would have been glorious.

Oh well, hopefully Julian Davion can return the Federated Suns to the supremacy that is their due.

PGI, It would be great if there was also a quick paragraph or two recap of the results of the events in universe and what they mean.

A weekly in-universe news page would be great fun too. You could mention a few of the worlds under siege and give us a random fact, like, "Grybbaillus 7 [made up] under attack by [unit name] Liao forces,a world prized for its radish exports. Marik forces caught unawares.". And anytime its a well-known world it would be that much easier to write a fun fact. You could put one person on this task, just a half page bulletin a week and even say its not cannon so no pressure, thorw in random Solaris results and tech blurbs, but that would draw people into the battletech universe and especially the faction play universe more.

P.S. I was looking at the decals to prepare my Davion units to acquire wedding presents of Liao worlds, and there are so many unit decals, I am impressed, never knew they were there before. However, can we get the Capellan March Militia, and any unit from New Syrtis, any of the Fusiliers? I really like them from the book FLASHPOINT.

Can Mercs participate in the event AND getting rewards or is this only possible for pure Loyalists?

Looking for ways to avoid 30 probation matches for my unit :/

there was no probation time for switching faction the last clan based fp event. Also, what rewards? I have not read anything about additional rewards.

Well...I had to do probation matches for the Davion Event and for Jade Falcon as well.

What am i doing wrong?

I think he meant as a merc. I switched sides like 5 times during the clan event as merc to find faster drops, it's all good, no probation and you can def participate
