For the love of salt, change the IS “reward” for your 49.99 price point. A Hangover is not an enticement to spend any more than it is to drink. It’s a punishment for participation. Change it to a BHII or something else, but don’t give out a Hangover...its just awful and people will hate you for it. I've got a question. If you purchase a package, do you you only get the mech for that package or do you also get the mechs for the packages under what you purchased. For example, does the $99.95 packaged only get you the Asp or do you get the Blood Asp, Spider, Lanner, Pirhana, and warhorns?

Ive done this purchase In the past, the price level gets you the mech at that level. there is no multi level rewards if you get the top level.

I'm having a hard time spending any more money on this game as well. Literally nothing is being done besides a new mech every month (which this past year has been full of absolute garbage mechs including the Vapor Eagle). No new modes, no new maps, no new options, still texture popping, bugs that have been present for literally years, some bugs they said they fixed but haven't, constantly nerfing Mechs and weapons (particularly Clan mechs) so you literally don't get what you paid for. This game is 6 years old...things should have been balanced by now. Not to mention the lack of investigations into cheating and exploitation. I'm not saying it's rampant...not at all...but there are several players with highly suspicious play. I feel they kinda swept this issue under the rug. Also the large amount of toxic players. And good luck getting any responses that have some substance when you email PGI with an issue. It's pretty much a lack of respect to paying customers. There's just so much that needs to be done and they are NOT getting done. Wake up PGI...freakin' wake up.

READ PATCH NOTES. WE just had a HUGE overhaul of the heat system. that amounts to Nothing to you? there are multiple changes being tested on the patch testing server. In this year we Got the ENTIRETY of Solaris mode released, the SOLARIS map, Bolt ons, near doubling of decals, a COMPLETE overhual of the supply cache system. What does it take to please you?!!

All of this, and they are still making Mechwarrior 5 Mercenaries as well. a full blown return to form singleplayer Mech game.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO PLEASE YOU.

IF you find the all the mechs are garbage, maybe you should look at the common denominator there: you.
I have fully enjoyed the Vapor eagle, I think it has great potential. The Fafnir is DOMINATING. the Champion is quickly garnering a reputation for a very responsive and punishing mech. Heck, even the FLEA has a dedicated and loyal piloting community, and I personally know pilots who beast mode in it, though I could never pilot it the same way, it just doesn't suit me. I could continue but this is enough to make my point.

Your experience is singular. SINGULAR. MWO doesnt revolve around you solely. YOU need to "wake up"

Okay, so To me, Christmas shopping BEFORE Thanksgiving is illogical. I am sure before Christmas there will be another sale for christmas gift giving with an appropriate redeem window, sheesh.

It doesn't say christmas sale. There is no shipping or wait time for the gift codes. You made the assumption that this is the last MC sale before christmas, when the current sale isn't even about christmas. it says its teh BLACK FRIDAY EVENT.
