Malteser - the Beam Laser and Pulse laser weapons have a "duration" during which time the laser fire is sustained. The cooldown does not start until that duration ends, so for example the MPL has a cooldown of 3s and a duration of .75s, giving it a total refire rate of 3.75s. 6 divided by 3.75 = 1.6

You can also see that pulse lasers have a shorter cooldown and/or a shorter duration than their beam laser counterparts. This is mainly what causes the difference in DPS versus beam lasers.

For the LL, I would guess a damage value of 9 :) But what could possible be the new value for LRMs?

Here are the new stats:

LRM damages changed (upped) from 1.6 per missile to 1.7
Potential (maximum) DPS change:
LRM5: 2,46 -> 2,62
LRM10: 4,92 -> 5,23
LRM15: 7,39 -> 7,85
LRM20: 9,85 -> 10,46

Large Laser & ER Large Laser damages changed (upped) from 8 to 9
Potential (maximum) DPS change:
LL: 1,78 -> 2
ER LL: 1,78 -> 2

ER Large Laser range changed (upped) from 570 to 675
ER Large Laser max range changed (upped) from 1140 to 1350

ER PPC range changed (upped) from 690 to 810
ER PPC max range changed (reduced) from 2070 to 1620

Ultra AC5 damage is not correct. Should be lower coz cooldownf refreshes after 2nd shot.

Sorry guys life called. Had a family member get in a bad auto wreck, like really really bad (involving a fatality and critical injury). I'll be making tweaks to reflect the patch shortly.
