Did anyone else get the MAD2 pre-order code? It says up to 5 days of owning a pack but its the seventh day now and i still don't see the code in my mw5 profile except for the mc and boost one. Not that im impatient because we have lots of time till we get that mech in the game just asking.

Hey BARSLOB why you derail offtopic to passively attack like that buddy? Guess you've been away too long buddy so this is what you need to know.
1. I left in 2013 and got a new PC in 2014 and tried to try MWO again in dec 2015...
2. The excellent PGI support staff recovered my account in Jan 2016.
3. And when looking up the account creation date for Akillius, LastPass only shows it was 5 years ago but less then 6 years (LastPass doesn't do weeks or months, after first 52 weeks). But here's a screenshot for you anyways buddy just cause I'm like that.



Of course next time you wish to debate me on some subject... and are no longer capable of doing so without personal attacks and posting derailing off topic crap, maybe you should stop and think. Do you really want to go there buddy. Do ya?

PS. I don't follow topics here and I could care less but some friends mentioned your post here and thought you needed a little push before you go full troll and honestly we all want a good laugh so I'm following this one buddy.

I tried to preorder, but the page has an "additional information" security feature that bills a random "under $1 amount to the account. The issue is that the text doesn't get sent to me. It may get sent to my wife, but she's not a fan of me playing this game, so she doesn't pass this info along, so I am not able to finish the purchase.

Oh, well, I guess that the pre-order just wasn't meant to be. I was a bit on the fence anyway, so this just kind of cinched the decision. I had the ultimate pack ordered and it was just that "additional verification" holding it back. I guess that I can see why the company is a bit gun shy, but it does seem like a good way to lose sales. Isn't a credit and a pre-order already a good enough way to be able to verify the sale? It isn't like someone is walking away with an actual item...

Well I went to purchase my Mechwarrior 5 package. And it will not allow me to use my normal payment method of amazon pay. Even though I have used this method for all my purchases before. So I then try to just use my card. It tells me I have to verify my card to use it. But I don't do online banking or sms . So I call your payment services Xsolla. Seems I have to take a picture of my card and send it to them to prove it is my card (with all but last 4 and expiration date blanked out).

Security is nice and all. But when it inconveniences the customer it is no longer security it is a barrier. So instead of buying this. I will now wait till release to purchase. As such I will lose all the extras which would entice me to play more MWO till the beta starts.

Your setup has told me that you don't want my money. And from other posts I have seen I am not alone. So you just lost a sale. It might only be my sale. But I don't think I am alone on this.

Did preOrder it with PayPal without any Problem.

Reason i did the 50$ preOrder is there is no worth for me in the bigger offers.

PreOrdering is allways a sign of faith...i had the Budget this month, there was no better thing to do with it if you grant People the luxury to do things for their own joy, decided to buy it instead of wasting it on things that have no lasting effect like watching a meaningless movie or playing a meaningless other game, doing charity for warzones, etc.

BT/MW means something to me!

Only the future will show if it was the right decision but as a man i can shoulder the burden of taking risks as little as this one.

If successfully bought, it should be up soon as the purchase clears.
Note: I had to do this little lookup thing to find a temporary charge of X cents in order to prove it was my card. You probably have to do the same. That charge cancels once you enter the amount.

Dear Sirs,

you claim wanting to give all those people that supported you in the last year with a special bonus chance to get extras.

I can understand that you do all this for $, your a company with employes after all.


BUT...if you want to say thanks to all of us/them -> give all this bonus content to those people for free and demand only the retail price from us/them.

Everyone else, the newcomers...those have to pay the higher price to get the same content.


This way all those hundreds of friends we met during the years would maybe want to come back, and you'd even get a "thank you" from those.
