Well it's been a while, since we haven't had a map pack for a month. Makes the whole game/community seem very quite.

It's more of an indicator as to the game's life cycle as opposed to people actually wanting to buy them.

Hell I just want to see new concept art. I doubt we'll get anything that does anything new. Way too many mechs already in game for that. But I love Alex's redesigns. You know what PGI should? They should commission Alex to do battletech online comic. Then again I don't know what the legality of that is with all the IP rights.

As far as I remember, Russ tweeted that he, NGNG and Bombadil are working on a podcast. Maybe he will give some answers regarding the mech packs

Only for IS light mechs that don't suck like the jenner just 2 points more armor than a locust or have only ct weapons like the 5v. Id buy an air land mech.

I'd throw all the money for the Xanthos and Sunder, I'd probably get the Ultimate for both of them. Not really much else left I'm that willing to preorder.

I hardly pre-order anything here or else where as a rule in general. When I spend my money I expect whatever I buy to work as advertised and sold to me or demand refund. Mech packs are mostly pay for least amount of wait time on most mechs as they come out sooner or later for c-bills. If there is a hero I want it has to wait for a sale or my mc from events to pile up.

In truth the mechs I have work well enough for me I hardly see the need or want to get more mechs. Only a special mech like the new catapult has my interest as its my favorite mech chasis in the game but I didn't shell out for mw5 pre-order for it. since my favorite class,the is light mech class, constantly gets shafted on with direct or indirect nerfs there are few mechs in the game I use or look forward to. Jenner F became hanger queen with the armor nerf having only two points more than my lct-1e. It was play-able after the REscale until that nerf using lfe to help make up for other nerfs to spls,etc.
