Nascar works out fine 50% of the time...

Which means Nascar, as a strategy, is just as good as a coin toss.

Nascar works out fine 50% of the time for the fast mechs.

Just never for the slow mechs.

Or for people who are always in the back trying to pug armor with auto aim.

Lol no. When you lose in a nascar its because you lost to a nascar. Nascar all day and still over 2.0 this season.

I'll give you a hint, only 50% of teams can win

I want events that reward left turns

I want PGI to purposely design a small self-contained map for April Fools 2020...that is LITERALLY a Solaris-arena type thing, race-track. Like..we literally start on either side of the track, and it's JUST a track - where we can move around in a grand Oval shape - trying to push ahead of our slower assaults and heavies, while they get shredded by enemy lights onrushing them from behind.

Each time you make a lap the map would have an announcer saying something to that effect (just a line or two of recorded dialogue). World of Tanks and WT do things like this ALL the time - (make 1-off maps for special / funny events throughout the year - including entire game modes - like the Tank Soccer during the World Cup). There's no reason PGI couldn't do something like that, is there ? (or is WarGaming company more $$ than PGI ? I don't know the financials / history there, so I'm speculating on if Piranha could pull such a thing off, or not) Posted Image

Judging by the overwhelming number of votes mining always gets it seems the playerbase is willing to take those odds every single time.

It's 50/50 when both teams nascar in the sense that one team has to win and one team has to lose. However, the better team will usually win and the worse team will usually lose. The less often you are bringing down the team by dying early, the more weighted your side of the coin becomes.

also, the team doesnt win cause they dont have any tactcal genius trying to stop the nascar and making the team turn back, they maybe win because they have faster mechs overall, or just a more aggressive spirit, or just some well placed CT shot when your team spray'n'pray. you cant just say the nascar is always won by the team dont questionning it. If so, try it with a full anhilator/dwf
charlie lance....

as i stated above, nascar as other tactics can work and can not work. you have to adapt and thats what is not happening in solo queue. would you keep trading long range if you had one or two snipers vs six or more ? no you would not, you would adapt. this is the same with nascar.

Charlie lance consisting of dw abd annis sound great for nascar. It's like 400 tons of robot, 200 of which are huge weapon platforms and 200 of which are ridiculously fat tanks. That's a really nice anvil for the nascar hammer when it swings around.

It only falls apart when the anvil tries to chase the hammer, which is 90% of nascar complaints, seem to be the case.

Back in my days of Microtransaction Warrior Online, I would NASCAR to the back of the enemy line and cause all type of havoc for the players that think this is some sort of campus and snipe FPS.

It's a valuable skill to use against the enemy, but you usually won't score the most kills. Play some other Mech games online and you will see that NASCARing is scary when the pilot knows what they are doing.
