They are **** now, and I could use the space.

I've been hanging on to them waiting for the un-nerf, but, um, yeah.

Probably, yeah. Just about anything they can do can be done equally good or better on some other chassis. This is especially true is the current "life support" era of MWO where PGI going back to quirk up underloved mechs is sitting at exactly 0.0% probability (before there was a chance but it was a small one).

...what tea leaves have you been reading that gave you any indication that their status would change after years in the dog house?

I've had mine striped of everything forever. Since I got mine al catra when they were still god tier I don't plan to sell them. You could just use all the event mc and get more bays at half off sale since one is coming up near bf/xmas.

I keep mine for events that require use of that chassis, but other than that I never pull the tarp off.

Kept the S just because. Put the olde 4SRM6, 4MPL build back on it just so I can occasionally glance at it and have a passing moment of nostalgic "remember when." But yeah, I think the old guideline of "never sell a mech, you never know when it might get a buff" has been out of date for at least the last year (more like two), and in the present EOL mode it certainly no longer applies. Less than good variants are not going to get substantial improvment likely ever. Sad thing is, is that at this point, even if PGI decided to buff a bunch of mechs, no one would notice.

You get a free mechbay and slightly faster loading times (more owned mechs = slower main menu load), but yeah in terms of Spacebucks™ you don't get much.

If you set your filter to trial mechs you can alleviate this issue. Dumb, but it does work.

its still highly usable as a vomit mech. far from trash tier. some of the mechs we had to run for the fp event, those are trash tier.

That why it's just better to just buy more bays. You spend time grinding it then trade it for almost nothing. Timberwolf not so bad it's worthless

I can think of quite a few mechs that are worse than the timberwolf .

OP i would keep the TWs (at least one anyways)

I have one of my TWs that has no skill nodes and no fancy paint scheme

its a tribute to that face wrecker (it would rip Mechs apart)

I haven't used it in years
