grouping up might be the problem
the theory is that if you group up with some good high tier players they will pull you into better matches (higher tier matches)
then you add to that they quickly learn not to listen
I saw one guys tier drop like a rock and I mean like a rock and is now at the bottom of T5

please join up with the team
hit R until it becomes automatic
front load your front armor (a lot) you need to stay in the game long enough to do some damage
there is much more but we have to be careful not to throw to many things at a new player at once
