Your new variants should be possible with the current weapon models... as an example you can ask for a king crab with 3 ballistics in each arm, and 2 in right torso for a total of 8 ballistics (since all those hardpoints have modeled meshes).
But you can't ask for a variant with weapons that are not already modeled, as it will require modeling and texturing (a modeler and a texture artist must be free for a couple weeks)... like... no DWF-C with missile arms.
they might still accept it, but either they need to model weapon mesh and texture for it (which is highly unlikely to happen)... or they have to find the best match model from other mechs to slap on another mech as new hardpoints
Just a heads up.

Ah, but we can dream about it.

The Thunderbolt-10SE would be a fantastic choice!

As the UrbanMech IIC 2 swaps the autocannon and laser for a Class 20 Hyper Assault Gauss Rifle with 2 tons of ammunition and a Flamer and this Gauss isnt available in MW0 until now, I want the standard variant with the C-AC10 and a ER small Laser accourding to UrbanMech IIC - BattleTechWiki (sarna.net)

Also, how about a suggestion for a change to an existing chassis? Take the Atlas' gun "box" on the RT, turn it upside-down (so the barrel's on top) and pop it back just a scooch higher than it currently is. Then do a variant with ballistics in both torsos, with the same thing done on the LT, some energy hardpoints... It'll be fine, don't worry about it

Charger CGR-SA5 (MASC Variant)
Weapons and Equipment:
Head - ER Medium Laser
Center Torso - LBX-20 Autocannon
Right Torso - LBX-20 Autocannon, ER Medium Laser
Left Torso - ER Medium Laser, MASC
Right Arm - N/A
Left Arm - 2xStreak SRM6
Engine: 380 LFE = 64 KPH (86.KPH with MASC)
Debuted: 3063
Estimated Hardpoints:
HD - 1E
CT - 1B
RT - 1B, 1E
LT - 1E
RA - N/A
LA - 2M
That was the lore configuration I posted, but given the fact that the LB-20 cannot merge into the CT and RT together and the CT can't support holding large ballistic weapons, the LB-20 should only be in the RT with 2 tons of ammo in the CT to compensate.
Here is the Revised Version of the Charger SA5 for MWO:
Charger CGR-SA5 (MASC Variant)
Weapons and Equipment:
Head - ER Medium Laser
Center Torso - N/A
Right Torso - LBX-20 Autocannon, ER Medium Laser
Left Torso - ER Medium Laser, MASC
Right Arm - N/A
Left Arm - 2x Streak SRM6
Engine: 380 LFE = 64 KPH (86.KPH with MASC)
Debuted: 3063
Estimated Hardpoints:
HD - 1E
CT - N/A
RT - 2B, 1E
LT - 1E
RA - N/A
LA - 2M

What i mean such as Mad Dog,Novacat,Timberwolf ,Blood Asp and many others the head omnipod is useless, empty.
You can ad energy , missile, ams and ballistic variants to the head omnipods .
I know on the head with one slot you can use only machinegun and from missile only srm2-4 or lrm5-10
(without artemis guide) but still better as nothing.
From energy weapons you can use almost anything with one slot, except PPC and largepulselasers.
Ams always nice against the I.S. MRM boats and any specialized lurmrcarriers.
Plus these easy to do from modeling, atleast i think.

Warhammer IIC 5 and 6 - Replace the HAG's with autocannons and call it a day. We need more Warhammer IIC variations with ballistic hard points that are not locked behind the hero paywall. I really wouldn't care if PGI made up more variations with the Warhammer IIC just for more ballistic options.
Rifleman IIC 5 and 8 - Given how these two variations have locked tech, give the Rifleman IIC 5 a unique quirk that gives it similar Vapor Eagle quirks with the jump jets. This would also bring a little more variation besides the prime for an energy boat and might create some interesting builds. The 8 could serve as another variation to the Chironex that would not be hero locked.
Marauder IIC 5 and 6 - Same thing that goes with the Warhammer IIC as above. I'd like to see more ballistic options that are non-hero variations with "improved jump jets" being as a write in for better jump jet quirks.

- MCII w/ ECM
- Any clan light with a MASC option, since Clan mechs don't get stealth armor.

As far as new mechs go, some ideas are the wasp, owens, locust iic, and hollander.

TDR-5D Introduced in 2821, the 5D is a radical departure from the 5S. All short-range weapons are replaced by an Autocannon/20 in the right torso supplied by two tons of ammunition. The left torso mounts an LRM-10 with one ton of ammunition, and 14 heat sinks keep the 'Mech ice-cold.

The Summoner G mounts six SRM4s, a heavy small laser, an ER PPC, and an ER large laser, while the Summoner Q mounts six SRM4s, an ER PPC, a large pulse laser, a heavy medium laser, and a heavy small laser. With a set of 8 based srm spread it would allow a solid brawling setup with backup weapons that the summoner didn't have good access to before. It adds a new possible setup to an otherwise highly limited mechs.
The Hunchback IIC-2 mounts 2 medium pulse lasers and 4 heavy large lasers. With 6 energy hardpoints spread across the torsos it could compete with the IIC-A in terms of role, however heavy large laser duration, cooldown, or HSL quirks would solidly place it as a high tier mid range medium mech.
I especially think the Summoner variants should be added, as they would buff the currently weak chassis with new hardpoints.
